The Space:

The inviting living room features a large wraparound couch perfectly positioned for movie nights around the smart TV after long beach days. Just beyond, the spacious kitchen shines with sleek stainless steel appliances, beautiful stone countertops, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers to start every morning your way. The island offers seating for four, while the nearby dining table for eight creates the perfect setting for family dinners, seafood feasts, and late-night conversations with friends.



The fun continues in the game room, where guests can challenge each other to the dual-hoop basketball game, classic arcade machine complete with seating, or friendly cornhole competitions. Outside, the backyard becomes its own private retreat with a covered patio, comfortable seating, a grill with utensils provided for cookouts, and a fire pit perfect for winding down beneath the stars after a day at the beach. This home comfortably sleeps 9 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a twin size futon, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 double beds and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking for 4 vehicles available.

• Please note, the fire pit is available for guest use with notice.

o Notice must be made at least 48 hours before arrival.

o A prepackaged fire log will be provided for a fee of $20, which covers the cost of the wood and delivery.

o Guests should not bring their own wood. Other types of wood can create excess smoke, sap, and ash, making cleanup difficult. The fire logs we provide burn cleanly with less mess.

• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs, 40 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. No cats are permitted. Please note that there is an additional flat Pet Fee of $150 that is not included in your final booking cost.

o (A 3rd dog may be added with permission and an additional pet fee.)

• Long-term stays allowed.
