There is an expansive shared patio outside the carriage house entry door, withing a gated compound. You will share the patio with the parlor and garden apartment guests. There are TVs on both floors. The bathroom has a combination tub/shower. The living room sofa is a sleeper accomodating 1 adult (max 200lbs please for pullout mechanism frame)

Parking is public either on-street or in the nearby public parking deck. You can walk anywhere in the Historic District from this central location! We have a drip coffee maker and a French press. The kitchen has a 2 burner cooktop and separate convection toaster oven is on the appliance caddy. The under-counter refrigerator has a small freezer. No ice maker. We have a dishwasher. We provide dishes and glasses for basic at home meals.
