The property was just as it was pictured, and it was perfect for a cozy and comfortable stay in our favorite city. The beautiful pool was sparkling clean and inviting-just what we needed after exploring the city. Our host, Gary, was easily reachable for questions. He made sure we were checked in safely, were comfortable, and that we were enjoying our stay. The location was wonderful, a nice walk to everything with cafe options and Kroger's very close by, or a short Uber ride to Broughton St. shopping. Thank you so much, Gary, for the hospitality, and we'd love to visit again!

Family event

We were in Savanah for a family event. This eclectic home really served our needs. The shared pool was a plus. Everything was clean and orderly. Would definitely stay again if the occasion to return to Savanah arose.

Nice little one bedroom close to Forsyth Park and Kroger.

The apartment was cute, and since we were there in late July the pool was essential. That was great. The refrigerator was really small but not a deal breaker for us.

The only issue we had was the program for the Nest thermostat was set for 78 degrees. You can adjust the temperature but it will go back to the programmed 78 degrees after 2 hours. We had our teenager stay up the first night for 11:30 to adjust the thermostat. We woke up at 1:30am to 78 degrees inside which was hotter than the outside temperature. I messaged the owner and received a response the following morning letting me know I could turn off the program by folling the directions in the kitchen for the air. I had seen the message about the thermostat however I was unaware I would have to attempt to disable the program from the thermostat which I was not ever able to figure out. I let the host know as I had wasted more time trying to figure that out than should've been necessary. He did do something to the program where the next night it was ok to sleep. The program changed the temperature every 2 hours during the day so we would change it back as it was almost 100 degrees before the heat index we spent a lot of time inside. The pool was ok they had experienced an algae bloom a couple weeks before we got there that they were still addressing (one of the other owners that is local) which made the pool really cloudy but as a pool owner I know this is normal. Be careful with the floors as the whole apartment is on a slant and when you walk you feel like your equilibrium is out of whack and you're drunk but again great location.

Savannah trip

Nice property. Small little one bedroom. Clean. Everything we needed. Worked for us. Didn’t like walking through the neighbors deck to get to the pool. Thought we would have a private access.

BFF trip

Perfect location to walk (or short Uber) to most things, great communication from the host, really comfy king-sized bed, and wonderful pool! Loved this stay!

Relaxing getaway

Property is perfect for a weekend getaway. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance from Kroger! Also very convenient to downtown. Host is also good with communication.

Great location, everything in walking distance and well equipped apartment

We had a delightful stay. It was our first time in Savannah and this location was really convenient to everything we wanted to do in terms of sightseeing. It was within 2 blocks of a Krogers and really near lots of coffee shops. We didn't need to rent a car --everything was so walkable. And if we did rent a car, parking would've been plentiful nearby. The apartment was very comfortable for two people--really comfy bed in particular and a lovely deck (didn't get to use the pool but hopefully next time). The apartment had everything you would need and was well-equipped and the owner, Gary, was super responsive and really helpful. We'd go back for sure!

Fantastic Get-away

The accommodation was spotless and inviting. Its proximity to Forsyth Park and Kroger made it incredibly convenient. The host was highly responsive. In summary, it was an excellent stay!
