The "Sonnendecks 17" vacation rental is located in the "Norderneyer Sonnendecks" building. The building was newly constructed in 2011 and is located on Jann-Berghaus-Straße. Apartment No. 17 is on the first floor and can accommodate up to four people. The Kurplatz, the pedestrian zone, and several shops, cafés, and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. The beach is only about 500 meters away. Please note that “group travelers” are not welcome here.

The apartment features high-quality hardwood floors and includes a living area with a sitting area, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The apartment also features two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds. A highlight of the apartment is that it has two terraces. The large terrace faces south, and the small one faces north. A washing machine and dryer are located in the building and are available for shared use (coin-operated), which is particularly convenient for longer stays. Up to two (well-behaved) dogs are allowed here. A maximum of 2 dogs is permitted (height no higher than knee-level). The dog park is located near the ferry terminal (no leash required).
