The "Kaiserhof 2.11" vacation rental is located in the "Kaiserhof" apartment building, which is situated at the corner of Bismarckstraße and Kaiserstraße. The building is right on the ocean, just a few steps from the beach. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. In the winter of 2020, the apartment was renovated and furnished with new furniture.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. It also features a living and kitchen area, and the bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. A highlight of the apartment is its two balconies. The apartment’s corner location offers a first-class view of the sea, both directly in front and to the side (east).

The apartment comes with one of the few parking spaces* at the Kaiserhof. (*Note: The parking space at the building is located directly beneath a concrete beam, so please observe the maximum vehicle height limits (hood: 1.70 m; trunk: 1.90 m)—see photos! Only vehicles of the appropriate size may be parked here; larger vehicles must use the public parking lot.

In the “Kaiserhof” apartment building, residents have access to a washing machine and a clothes dryer (for a fee, operable via an app). There is also a sauna available, which can be used by inserting coins. Please note that the swimming pool is closed due to a technical malfunction. Bicycles can be parked in front of the building on the lake side. Your four-legged friend is also welcome here, as the vacation rental warmly welcomes dogs. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed (height no higher than knee-high). The dog park is located near the ferry terminal (no leash required).

The in-house sauna will be unavailable until approximately spring 2027, possibly longer.
