The exclusive “Meerliebe” apartment is located on the first floor and, with approximately 3.50-meter-high ceilings, two bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms, and a large rooftop terrace, the ideal retreat for up to 4 people.
The light-filled living room features a cozy sofa area, two armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a spacious dining area—perfect for social evenings. The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped: a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer leave nothing to be desired.

Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds (1.80 m), a TV, and plenty of storage space—and each offers direct access to its own modern bathroom.

A real highlight: The large rooftop terrace with a side view of the ocean—sun from morning until early evening included.

The apartment also features Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, and access to a bike storage room, as well as a washer and dryer in the basement (for a fee).

And best of all: Dogs are welcome—so the whole family can relax!
