Country House 'Markon House' with Sea View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

We would love to welcome you to this two-story family home, located in a beautiful area, in the village of Ialisos. We are within a few minutes walking distance from the beautiful pebble beach, tourist shops and popular restaurants. The house is large, with beautiful verandas and lovely view. Surrounding the property on both levels so it is a perfect way to spend your holiday days.

I am a quiet and easy going person. I love to cook, to read, to watch movies and communicate with people, . I love to help, so I will answer any question you have and assist you with your plans. Making good recommendations for places to eat, nice beaches and other activities, is what I love most. If someone is interested I can also teach some DIY creations, rock painting and other creativities.

The house is adjacent to a hotel that has swimming pools, waterslides and other activities, whose facilities can be used with discretion. A few minutes away by car is a big shopping center with many shops, cafes, restaurants and hotels. The house is situated at the foot of Mount Filerimos and one can walk from the house around it and up. In 4 minutes on foot someone can be found on the beach . There are great and nice restaurants, cafes and big supermarkets nearby. The area looks north and is one of the best on the island, so much that from the old times the wealthy locals and concorers builted their country houses here. The bus stop is a 1-minute walk away. The route to the city center takes about 20 minutes depending on traffic. By car, one can go to the Butterfly Valley in 22 minutes, 24 minutes to Faliraki, 37 minutes to Seven Springs, about 57 minutes to Lindos. The airport is a 4-minute drive away and with the bus is 8-10 minutes away. Walking in 15-20 minutes, you can go to the Ialisos shopping center or Ialisos town center, in 2 hours to the top of Filerimos mount and one can wander at the foot of the mountain that is just behind the house.


If you want to spend a day with their host in their art lab and create with them,you can with an extra fee. Also the host will be more than happy to cook you a traditional food if you provide her with the ingredients.
