Guests will have access to 5 lakes, 2 beaches, a marina with kayak and canoe rentals, a private 9-hole golf course, 2 heated outdoor pools and a kiddie pool, outdoor basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts, playgrounds, hiking trails, a recreation center, a game room, an art center, mini golf, Club House restaurant, and a Tiki bar.

This spacious and very clean home is a short drive to the main beach and pool. It features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, an open-concept kitchen, a dining area, and 2 living rooms. The loft just outside the primary bedroom offers a cozy space to relax, while the charming balcony provides the perfect spot to enjoy the outdoors. It's a feature you're sure to love and enjoy.

This unique home features a 2 large decks. Upper deck has plenty of outdoor furniture and a gas grill for barbecuing.

Enter the kitchen area, which is open and includes a toaster oven, microwave, a whole coffee bar and dishwasher for utmost convenience. Everything you need to cook is right here.

You will love the warm and inviting living room on the main level, which has access to the outdoor deck. A perfect place to catch the sunrise! Off the living room is sliders to the spacious deck making outdoor entertaining convenient with a barbeque grill. On the main level, there are also two bedrooms (one with twin bunks and a bonus twin trundle and the other with a full size bed) and bathroom.

The entire upper level is your own private retreat, featuring a luxurious primary bedroom, a spa-inspired bathroom, a cozy loft lounge area for an additional sleeping option or an area to read. The private balcony—perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or unwinding after a day of exploring.

The fully finished lower level is a walkout level that leads to the hot tub on the lower level deck. It hosts another living/recreational area complete with couch and TV, perfect for family fun. It is complete with a foosball table, air hockey table, books, board games! There is one additional bedroom on the lower level and another full bath.

All bedrooms and both living rooms have flatscreen TV's, which are smart TV's so that you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, Prime etc. accounts.

Please note that the house maintains a nice cool temperature during the summer months. There are either ceiling fans or standing fans throughout the house.

There is a wood burning firepit in the front yard with chairs - this is a great place to make memories and yummy smores!

You will find so much to do around the community itself as well as close by.

This home has sleeping accommodations for up to eleven guests.

****Please Note: Maximum occupancy is enforced by the township law and community guidelines. All souls are counted even infants and children. This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract, provide a copy of your picture ID and agree to the community and house rules this is a community and a township regulation. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 5 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.****
