Villa "Leonie"



Your spacious holiday home on the Costa Blanca.



Villa "Leonie" is located in the hinterland of Denia and offers everything your heart desires: sea view, tranquillity and a large pool.

In front of the villa, you are welcomed by a large south-facing terrace with an expansive table for the whole family. Upstairs is the large, open kitchen (with water filter for drinking water) and two bedrooms (both with air conditioning), each with its own bathroom with shower. Also here is the dining room with large windows that allow a fantastic sea view. It can be used very well for meals on hotter days, thanks to the air conditioning.



From here you can also go to the seating area for the pool with a beautiful view of the Orba valley and sea view. Here you can - optionally bookable - completely relax in the whirlpool right away and via 3 steps you reach the 8x4m pool.



Here is also the lower floor with another lounge with TV and two more bedrooms, which can be cooled as well as heated with the air conditioners. Again, both bedrooms each have their own ensuite bathroom. In an adjoining room you will then find the washing machine and the large rotary clothes dryer is located underneath the house.



At the back of the garden is another quiet corner for sunbathing and relaxing. The gas barbecue on the terrace on the ground floor completes the holiday experience. And in front of the house is a carport for one car and 1 parking space.





The rental price includes an electricity consumption according to rental contract. An additional consumption will be billed separately.

A security deposit will be charged prior to arrival and will be refunded within 14 days of departure if no damages have been made.

There is a cleaning fee, which is not included in the rental price.

From the 1 July until 31 August the arrivals and departures can only be realized on a Saturday.

We kindly ask for your understanding that we can only accept bookings made at least 7 days before arrival and where the minimum age is over 26 years.
