A very peaceful location, the pool is a good size with plenty of room for sunbeds and is surrounded by gardens. The villa provides everything you need for a good holiday.

There were 7 of us staying here (2 families) and this villa was excellent to accommodate us all. The location is what sold it to us and it did not disappoint. You have no neighbours overlooking you - you are just at one with nature in the ‘countryside’ of Spain. The views are spectacular and you feel as if you are in a Spanish country manor with all the terraces and grounds. We’ve absolutely loved our holiday - thank you so much for a wonderful break and for letting us stay in your beautiful villa. We will be back I’m sure!!

We had such a fantastic holiday in this beautiful villa with our family of 5. It was so quiet and peaceful with a lot of privacy. Just what we needed! A hire car is recommended so you can enjoy costal towns like Javea & Denia as well as trips to the supermarket.A big thank you to our hosts Simon & Amy.

Lovely roomy property with spacious outdoor eating and sitting areas giving it a feel of a chic hotel lobby. Modern quality furnishings and well equipped. Access road is a bit tricky and needs some maintenance. Some nice traditional eateries in the village, try the tapas menu at Arraval bar/ restaurant which we thought was excellent.

We had a great time at the villa. It had everything you need for a family holiday (we were two adults and kids aged 9 and 5). Nice pool area, well stocked kitchen, good aircon, quiet area. We didn't have any major issues but one minor one (no hot water) was sorted by the local assistant (literally 15mins from first text to fixed by the guy). Convenient with a car to local beaches, supermarkets and restaurants, and and less than an hour to the bigger resorts/attractions. You could tell from the efficient communication after booking and the owners manual that the host would be meticulous (exactly how I'd strive to be if I was operating a holiday let). We would definitely recommend this place.

Casa Jenisi is a lovely property especially if you want to stay somewhere that is in easy reach of the beaches of Javea and Denia but in a rural setting with peace and quiet. Gata de Gorgos is on your doorstep as is Jesús Pobre both full of Valencian charm and if you’re like us plenty of fine traditional eateries, Gata is also well known for its wicker ware. The Villa has everything one could want with super facilities, a new kitchen, a lovely pool and a small annex for those groups who might want a bit more privacy. We would say having a car is probably a necessity but given the super local transport, train etc you could do without if you don’t mind walking. The driveway is a bit stoney with a few potholes to navigate as you approach the Villa but nothing that can’t be navigated with care. Everything in the Villa was clean and well laid out and we had great communication with the host. Plus it is so useful having people nearby who manage any day to day queries and problems you may have. We had a massive storm during our stay and they were so quick to check on us and make sure all our facilities were working. The pool is great and has plenty of room around it for enjoying a relax on the loungers or fun in the water. Lastly, the Villa is set in a wide area of garden with orange and lemon trees and has super views toward Javea and Montgo the famous mountain overlooking the area. Un tesoro especial!

Wonderful stay

Absolutely loved our stay here, fantastic villa with stunning views. Only minor criticism would be the road just before the entrance is pretty horrendous with few large potholes which is a worry when you are in a hire car but that said we negotiated it without a problem. We loved the villa's location and would not hesitate in returning left feeling very refreshed - Thank you Simon & Amy

We had a great stay as a family of 7 at Casa Jenisi and made some wonderful memories! The views are spectacular - especially at sunrise - and the pool was a real highlight for us. The villa is spacious and in a beautiful, peaceful setting yet close to amenities. We were able to have a lovely day trip to Javea beach which we would highly recommend. The owners and local neighbour are exceptionally responsive and helpful.

A wonderful Villa holiday

We enjoyed a wonderful week at the villa with our family. The pool was fabulous and the villa very peaceful due to its rural location. The villa was spacious & the perfect size for our family of 6. We enjoyed days relaxing by the pool and evenings out in Morira & Javea. The owners of the villa were always on hand if needed and were extremely accommodating to our needs

Incredible Villa, amazing holiday!

We (5 adults 3 children) have just returned from 9 nights staying at this beautiful villa! A wonderful location, with a cosy and homely feel. Incredible spacious outdoor areas which were enjoyed by all. Gata was a beautiful village with a really authentic spanish feel and the villa was the perfect base to explore from. The hosts were brilliant and responded so quickly with any questions. Would also highly recommend a meal at Bar Arraval in Gata for some amazing traditional Spanish food! We would definitely recommend this amazing Villa and can’t wait till return!

Nice experience!

We had a great stay in Dénia — the place is perfect for disconnecting, enjoying nature, and relaxing with family. However, the cleanliness of the house was disappointing, especially in the kitchen and its utensils, which were in very poor condition. That said, we spoke with the owners and they quickly tried to find a solution. Aside from this issue, everything else was excellent.

Another great visit - highly recommended

We returned for a second year to Casa Jenisi and loved it just as much this time. The villa is beautifully clean and the pool and terrace wonderful for lots of relaxation and fun. Gata de Gorgos is also a fab Spanish village where you won’t find many tourists but a warm welcome from all the locals. Javea is a lovely traditional Spanish beach town nearby and Dénia is a bigger but also lovely town to visit as well. Simon and Amy and Caroline (neighbour) all looked after us very well when we had any queries. Many thanks

We had a very enjoyable stay at Casa Jenisi, the villa is in a very quiet, peaceful area but still near facilities being on the outskirts of Gata de Gorgos. The villa is well equipped and comfortable with a very good outside sound system for music and Sky tv with sports channels. The outside area offers a covered table and chairs which we used the whole fortnight of our stay and a comfortable seating area with a beautiful view over the gardens and hills in the distance. The pool area is superb and a lovely size with nice sun loungers surrounding it and there is shade if needed under the trees. We did purchase a couple of covers for the sun loungers which made them extra comfortable and enjoyed having a snooze on them after a swim. We visited Javea and Moraira and found plenty of restaurants to eat and drove out to Guadalest and the waterfalls at Callosa which are stunning. All in all a great place to stay, so much so we have booked for a fortnight next year!

Lovely Villa

Upon arrival after having taken a wrong turn we were impressed by the lovely villa and it’s surroundings. One slight niggle was the road up to the entrance which had bushes either side and was not a proper road surface so we were a bit fearful for our hire car every time we drove up and down. The villa was beautiful and plenty room for everyone indoors and out. The villa is quite rural more so than I thought which meant we had to travel every night into Denia or Javea for dinner and a bit of life as we had 3 teens with us. If you don’t like venturing too far then this villa is ideal as the town has everything you would need but for us it was just too quiet. Simon and Amy were very helpful when we had no WiFi on arrival and had this sorted for us as soon as they could. All in all it’s a great villa albeit too rural for us.

Large spacious villa in great location however cleanliness and general housekeeping let it down which was really disappointing. We had rented this more expensive villa for a special occasion - didn’t expect to have to start sweeping floors and washing dishes on arrival. Certainly did not match up to the previous reviews we had chosen this villa based on.WiFi challenging, sofa broken, dirty broken BBQ and bedroom lamp held together with electrical tape amongst some of the issues.Owner and housekeeper quick to respond when contacted, housekeeper inspected property and had cleaner attended to sort some of the issues.Definately let down by their housekeeping team.

Wonderful villa in a great location

We're just back from a fab two weeks at Casa Jenisi. The villa is really gorgeous and in a beautiful location with a great unspoilt view out to the coast. We spent many a happy hour on the terrace soaking it all in and also down a few steps in the swimming pool area . The inside of the villa is also very spacious and comfortable. We are a family of six (two parents and three adult children/one girlfriend in their twenties) and the villa worked well for us but would do equally well with younger children or children and grandparents with three bedrooms close to each other and an annex. We loved Gata de Gorges - some great restaurants with delicious food at excellent prices and a choice of bars to watch the world go by. Also the tram in Gata is amazing as it will take you easily to some great places - we went to Denia which is well worth visiting and only a 15 minute ride away. All in all we will definitely be back to spend some more time on that terrace and do a bit more exploring. Thank you! Fiona and family

Mooi en zeer ruime woning met grote tuin en heerlijk zwembad met voldoende ligbedjes. Wij verbleven er 2 weken met 6 volwassenen, een peuteren een baby. Voor iedereen voldoende privacy. Voldoende servies, pannen e.d. èn bbq aanwezig. Weinig handdoeken en er waren geen keuken- en theedoeken. Na een telefoontje naar de contactpersoon was dat gelukkig snel opgelost. Badlakens voor zwembad en strand aanwezig. Wat problemen in de aanbouw met verstopping douche en water dat onderuit het toilet kwam. Kwestie van onderhoud. Verder een geweldig mooie plek, mooie omgeving, rustig en toch met restaurantjes en stranden op ca 15-25 minuten rijden. Ik zou iedereen de woning aanraden!

Finca in traumhafter Lage

Die Finca mit Außengelände und Pool hat uns sehr überzeugt. Die Lage ist traumhaft mit tollem Blick auf den Montgo und das Umland. Sehr ruhige Lage (wenn am Tag 10 Autos zu hören waren, dann war das schon viel). Die Finca und der Pool waren bei Ankunft sehr sauber.

We are very sorry to be leaving this property and what has been a fantastic family holiday.

We have had a fabulous holiday at Casa Jenisi and sorry we had to leave. The villa was wonderful and fully equipped with everything needed for our stay. We loved the pool area and dining on the top terrace, the views were stunning. Simon and Amy were great hosts and we're quick to respond to our emails before our holiday. We didn't need to contact them during our stay as everything was perfect. Thanks for a great holiday, we will recommend you to our friends and family

Volle 5 Sterne

Ein schönes und gepflegtes Haus inmitten einer atemberaubenden Kulisse. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Genügend Sonnenliegen vorhanden, Gasgrill, Sommerküche…etc. , Entfernung Supermarkt per Auto ca. 10 min., Entfernung Denia mit seinem wunderschönen Yachthafen mit Blick zur Burg ( sehr empfehlenswert bei Sonnenuntergang ) ca. 20 min. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Haus und die spektakuläre Lage sehr genossen.
