Fishing Information:

• Air conditioning is not provided. At nearly 8,000 feet in elevation, mountain evenings cool off quickly, and opening the windows is typically all that's needed for a comfortable night's sleep.
• This is a welcoming cabin community rather than a secluded property. Neighboring homes are nearby, and quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• The community pool and hot tub are operated by the HOA. Availability may vary due to maintenance, weather, or HOA scheduling.

Stairs are required to enter the home.

Please be aware of bears, mountain lions, moose and other wildlife while at the property. Do not leave food or trash outside or in vehicles as this may attract wildlife. Use extreme caution with Moose and their offspring.

Disclaimer: This is a mountain property, and conditions can vary with the seasons. Please be cautious of snow and ice, as melting and refreezing can create slippery surfaces. Be aware of wildlife in the area and avoid leaving food or trash outside. Uneven terrain is common—watch your step on pathways and outdoor areas. Exercise caution around the hot tub, as deep snow and ice may be present, making the area slippery. Stay safe and enjoy your time in the mountains!
