The Space:

Spanning approximately 4,200 square feet, this expansive four-bedroom residence combines the privacy of townhouse living with refined modern design. The main level features a sun-filled open-concept living and dining area alongside a chef's kitchen with custom cabinetry, stone countertops, premium Viking appliances, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, and dual skylights.



The entire second floor is dedicated to a private primary retreat with its own terrace, oversized dressing room, and spa-inspired bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi soaking tub and separate glass-enclosed shower. Three additional bedrooms, a dedicated office, multiple walk-in closets, and thoughtfully designed bathrooms provide ample space for families, groups, or extended stays.



Designed for elevated city living, the home offers multiple private terraces and a rooftop deck overlooking the historic Police Building. The finished lower level includes radiant heated floors, a recreation and media room, generous storage, a powder room, and a dedicated laundry room. Additional highlights include Nest climate control, a Siedle security system, smart home features, and sound-reducing insulation. To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Little Italy, this home places guests within easy reach of some of downtown Manhattan's most vibrant neighborhoods. Explore the renowned dining, cafés, and historic charm of Little Italy, or venture into neighboring Nolita, SoHo, Chinatown, and Tribeca for boutique shopping, cultural attractions, and nightlife. Multiple subway lines are nearby, providing convenient access to the rest of New York City while allowing guests to experience the energy and character of one of Manhattan's most iconic districts.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



This property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is subject to a background check after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights+, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.



Security deposit



Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold



Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold



Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent



All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
