The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals at home, including stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, spacious countertops, and a stocked coffee bar. Just beyond the kitchen, the dining area provides seating for six guests, with additional seating at the kitchen island and several cozy spaces to relax and connect throughout the main level.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
This three story home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms. The second floor features two queen bedrooms connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub and shower combination, along with a spacious primary suite complete with a king bed and private ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The third floor offers two additional bedrooms, including one with two twin beds and another with a queen bed, as well as a full bathroom with a walk in shower. Dedicated workspaces in two of the bedrooms make it easy for guests who need to work remotely during their stay.

Enjoy plenty of outdoor living space during your stay. Relax on the large front porch, challenge friends and family to a game on the private bocce court, or gather for outdoor dining on the rear deck featuring a BBQ grill connected directly to a natural gas line. Listing Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire upper home, including all five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, the front porch, rear deck, bocce court, and onsite parking area. Please note that the property is part of a duplex, and there is a separate first floor unit located below. The two units do not share any entrances, indoor spaces, outdoor areas, amenities, or parking. You will have complete privacy throughout your stay.

Nestled along the shoreline just south of Atlantic City, this Ventnor home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Located on charming Oakland Ave, you’ll be close to local cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and Ventnor’s beautiful beach and boardwalk (only 1.5 blocks!). Enjoy a quieter, more laid-back beach town atmosphere while still being just minutes from the casinos, nightlife, and entertainment of Atlantic City, as well as the dining and shopping of nearby Margate. Don’t miss Ventnor’s popular summer Farmers Market every Friday from 8am-12pm.

Listing Transit:
The area is very walkable and bike-friendly, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all nearby. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and public transportation is accessible as well.

Listing Notes:
PARKING: There is driveway parking for one vehicle at the rear of the property. There is also ample free street parking available nearby (parking permits provided). Please be mindful of street cleaning restrictions once per week, where vehicles need to be temporarily removed from the street for street cleaning.

TVs: There are Smart TVs located in the living room, Bedroom 1, Bedroom 3 (Primary Bedroom), and Bedroom 5. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO, Prime Video, and Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable service.

SHARED SPACES or MULTI UNIT BLDG: Please note, like many homes in the Ventnor area, this property is a duplex. This listing is for the upper unit, which occupies the second and third floors of the home. There is a separate first floor unit located below. None of the home`s entrances, indoor spaces, outdoor spaces, amenities, or parking areas are shared. You will have complete privacy throughout your stay.

STAIRS: There are approximately 8 steps from the sidewalk to the front porch. Once inside, there are approximately 8 to 10 stairs from the main living level to the second floor bedroom level, and another 8 to 10 stairs from the second floor to the third floor. Guests should be comfortable navigating stairs throughout the home.

HVAC:

Pet Policy: We welcome well behaved dogs only (no cats unless specifically approved), with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (up to 80 lbs each unless approved in advance). A non-refundable pet fee applies, and all pets must be disclosed at the time of booking, no exceptions. For the comfort and cleanliness of the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when left unattended. All pets must be fully house trained and flea free, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
- No cooking with spices that produces excessive or lingering odors is prohibited - $1,000 deep cleaning fee if required.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- Overnight occupancy may not exceed the number of guests listed on the reservation.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
- Do not disable, cover, unplug, remove, or tamper with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, exterior security cameras, noise monitoring devices, WiFi equipment, locks, or other safety or security equipment.
- Guests must follow all posted and property-specific parking instructions and are responsible for violations, tickets, or towing resulting from their vehicles.
- Fireworks, firecrackers, and other incendiary devices are prohibited.
-Guests may not enter locked closets, owner storage areas, roofs, mechanical areas, crawlspaces, or other areas designated as restricted.
- Electric vehicles, electric bikes, scooters, or other high-draw equipment may not be charged from the property`s electrical system unless specifically authorized.
-The property must be left in reasonably tidy condition. Extraordinary cleaning required beyond a normal turnover may be charged to the Guest.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Cooking & Kitchen Use: Please avoid cooking methods that produce unusually strong or persistent odors, including heavy frying, extended simmering, or excessive use of aromatic spices, that may remain in the home after checkout. Please use the range hood/ventilation and open windows when appropriate while cooking. If cooking results in lingering odors that require professional deodorizing or additional cleaning, guests may be responsible for the associated remediation costs and, where applicable, losses resulting from the home being temporarily unavailable for subsequent guests.

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company`s secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: The primary guest will be required to review and electronically sign our Rental Agreement prior to check in. The Rental Agreement outlines the terms of the stay, House Rules, guest responsibilities, and other important property policies.
