Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home, backyard, driveway and garage. The main door is equipped with a door code so you won't have to worry about any keys!

Other things to note
NO SMOKING allowed inside of the house.

NO PETS allowed.

NO PARTIES

No parking in the grass, driveway parking only as there is ample space. Unfortunately no work vehicles can be parked in the driveway as there has been damage with heavy vehicles being parked in the driveway. Absolutely no smoking allowed in the house. Guests will be charged a fee of $500 if there is a smoke smell, stains, or debris found in the house. Absolutely no pets allowed inside or on the property.

Guests must be those listed on the reservation. The individual making the reservation MUST stay at the House. You may not book for another person.
