This one-room apartment, completely modernized in 2023, offers views of the Baltic Seaand the Trave River is located on the first floor of the Maritim Residenz in a prime location in Travemünde and impresses with its consistently high-quality interior design.
Pulling out the awning and enjoying the view of yachts, sailboats, and large ships entering and leaving the harbor from your own balcony is an absolute highlight.
From here, you’ll have a clear view of the harbor entrance and the Travemünde lighthouse in every season.
The fully equipped kitchenette, complete with a microwave, oven, induction cooktop, and more, is cleverly integrated into the entryway. From the coffee maker to the kettle to the toaster, you’ll find everything you need here.
The modern shower room leaves nothing to be desired, and a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200 cm) ensures a truly restful night’s sleep. A TV and free Wi-Fi are standard.
Bed linens and towels are included in the rental price.
Paid wellness facilities, a swimming pool, sauna, restaurant, café, bar, and bike rental are located in the building and can be reached by elevator.
If available, free parking is available in the underground garage of the MARITIM Residenz Travemünde (clearance height: 1.65 m). Alternatively, there is a paid large parking lot next to the residence (approx. 12.00 EUR/day).

We’re repeat guests, and even during the cold season, a getaway at the MARITIM “Sea Lounge” is wonderful. For those who book based on reviews... While the Sea Lounge apartment is located in the Maritim Hotel’s 1970s-era residence—and the hallways still retain some of that charm—the apartment itself was completely modernized in 2023 and is superbly equipped. The new TV is also a smart TV.
NEW: There’s a parking pass for the MARITIM Residence underground garage in the apartment. Free parking spaces are available there, subject to availability. A quick tip: Pick up the parking pass first, then hold it under the scanner at the entrance.
