Relax on the Heringsdorf pier! This spacious 3-room vacation rental, renovated in 2023, is designed on two levels. Both bedrooms are located on the upper floor and are accessible via a staircase from the living area below. Each bedroom features a double box-spring bed to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The living room offers plenty of built-in closets for your clothes, and the comfortable corner sleeper sofa provides cozy comfort. In the evening, you can use the smart TV to view the day’s photos or listen to your favorite music. The open kitchen area, which adjoins the living area and features a spacious dining area, is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, and all necessary kitchen utensils. Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers, sinks, and toilets, as well as a large mirror with a makeup mirror. For your convenience, bed linens, towels, cleaning supplies, and laundry detergent are included as a starter kit. From the living area, you have direct access to the terrace with seating, where you can enjoy the sunrise. Wi-Fi access is available free of charge. Upon request, we can provide a travel crib and a high chair for an additional fee. In front of the house, there are only loading and unloading spots; as an alternative, we offer discounted parking passes for the local parking garage in Heringsdorf at current rates. You’ll receive the parking pass at our service office upon arrival. Pets are welcome in this vacation rental; we charge a fee for this based on current rates. In the basement of the Seebrücke, a lockable bike storage room and a small laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron are available to you free of charge.
