Located just a short drive from downtown Charleston, Folly Beach, and local dining, our home in Majestic Oaks offers the best of both worlds, a serene retreat with easy access to everything the Charleston area has to offer.

Enjoy scenic walking paths in the the laid-back atmosphere that makes Charleston so special. Wake up to birdsong, spend your days exploring nearby beaches, waterfront restaurants, and historic sites, then return home to unwind beneath the canopy of majestic oak trees.

This cute and cozy rental is a private bedroom with en suite private bathroom. You will have access to our shared courtyard at the back of the property.

***Please note that this is a house that contains separate room rentals.

***You must be able to climb stairs to access this unit.

You will receive your personal door code prior to checking in. You will access your room as well as shared outdoor space with your personal code via keypad.

I will be onsite if needed but also respect your privacy and limit interactions.

In my absence, there will be an emergency contact who will be able to assist you, including after hours in case of emergency.

For classic Lowcountry seafood, guests love Ellis Creek Fish Camp and Bowens Island Restaurant, both known for fresh seafood, marsh views, and laid-back coastal atmosphere. Crosby`s Fish & Shrimp Company is another local favorite for fresh catches and casual waterfront bites on the way to Folly Beach.

If you’re craving burgers, craft beer, or a fun casual night out, Bohemian Bull is a popular neighborhood spot with outdoor seating, live music, and a lively atmosphere. Guests also enjoy Maybank Public House for elevated pub fare and Southern favorites.

For date nights or upscale dining close to home, Edison James Island offers seasonal Lowcountry-inspired dishes in a cozy setting with a great wine and cocktail menu.

James Island also has great international and casual options, including Mondo`s Italian Restaurant for handmade Italian dishes, Thai Elephants for flavorful Thai cuisine, and Locals Sushi & Sports Pub for sushi and a laid-back local vibe.

For breakfast and coffee before exploring Charleston or heading to the beach, locals recommend Baguette Magic and for fresh pastries, smoothies, coffee, and healthy brunch options.

We aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be. Our mission is to help guests create wonderful memories in beautiful Charleston, SC.

• The rental has a keyless entry. You will receive your specific entry code on the day of check-in.

• Noise is to be kept to a minimum after 10 PM. If this rule is violated guests will be immediately ejected.

• Please do not remove anything from the rental that was present before check in. An additional fee will be charged if any items are removed from the rental.

• Check-out is at 11 AM. If you need to request a late check-out please do so in advance, and I will accommodate if possible.

• Upon check-out, please remove all personal belongings.

• The door will automatically lock once closed.

• NO SMOKING/NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES/NO GLITTER CONFETTI!!!

• I provide a streaming device. Guests can log in to the provided streaming apps with personal credentials.
