Great location between north and south side of the island, able to pick a side and not have to drive the whole island back and forth. Spacious nice and has AC perfect for four people. Sheet were a little scratchy might be uncomfortable if you don’t like firm beds

Had to have someone come in to clean the air conditioners due to a bad smell. It helped some. The air conditioning units seem old. We mostly just kept the windows open. The condo was nicely renovated!

The condo was absolutely lovely very clean, well decorated, and had every amenity that you might think you would need. The air conditioning worked great. The pool was very refreshing clean and nice to cool off for the day. I would highly recommend the condo beds were comfy, and the condo itself was very roomy.

Very nice stay

The apartment was perfect for our stay and was priced reasonably. Ocean was just a two minute walk away and other activities were within 15. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Kauai Condo

We loved the condo! We rented it with another couple and it was perfect. Great beach access and we used the pool at the resort. They have chairs, boogie boards towels etc. great little patio where you can sit and see the mountains in the background. Close to Kapa'a which has lots of restaurants and shops and not too far from Hanalei

Great unit. Great location, but everything is close on Kauai!

Had a great time on our first trip to Hawaii. Resort is just north of Lihue, but out by itself. Close enough to shopping, restaurants, and things to do without feeling like just one big resort complex. On-site restaurants and amenities were fantastic. Central Air made this August trip very comfortable.

Great place in middle of Kauai

The condo unit is newly remodeled, and has everything you need for your stay - fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, washer/dryer and ample beach supplies. Its 5 minutes from airport and basically if you go south you hit Poipu and go North, you can get to Princeville/Hanalei. Added perk is the use of the resort pool next door!

Clean, great pool,

Great pool, the property online manager isn’t responsive but the on-site manager helped with some wrist bands to go to the pool.

Wonderful condo

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location was fantastic, which made exploring super convenient. The property itself was spacious and very clean, providing plenty of room for our family to relax and spread out. The AC units worked well which allowed us to stay cool in every room. The pool area was a highlight—absolutely loved spending time there! However, the beds were not as comfortable as we’d hoped, which made for some restless nights. Also, while the kitchen was well-equipped with pots, pans, and dishes, it lacked basic essentials like salt and pepper.

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful feedback with us, Courtney. We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the fantastic location, spaciousness, cleanliness, effective AC units, and the pool area — it sounds like you had a great time. We apologize for any discomfort caused by the beds and for the absence of basic kitchen essentials like salt and pepper. While our homes don’t guarantee the presence of salt and pepper, we do highly recommend bringing your own to ensure you have everything you need. We’ve also forwarded your concern about the beds to our local team so they can take note and work on improvements. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back soon for another enjoyable visit. We’re here whenever you’re ready for your next getaway.
