Guest access
As our guest, you will have access to the entire home and property during your stay.

Our home is located within the beautiful Pine Mountain Lake community, a private gated community in Groveland, California. Prior to your arrival, we will need the names of all guests and vehicle information for registration with the community's security gate.

Please note that Pine Mountain Lake charges a guest access fee of approximately $50 per vehicle (subject to change by the community). This fee is paid directly to the gate attendant upon arrival and provides access to the community and its amenities for up to seven days. The security gate is staffed 24 hours a day. As this is a community fee established by Pine Mountain Lake, it is outside of our control.

The private lake is exclusively available to Pine Mountain Lake property owners and registered guests. Seasonal rentals may be available through the Marina, including kayaks, paddleboards, sailboats, fishing boats, and other watercraft. Availability varies throughout the year, so we recommend contacting the Pine Mountain Lake Marina directly if you are interested in rentals during the spring, fall, or holiday weekends.
