One of these bathrooms is a Jack & Jill bathroom, shared between two of the bedrooms, perfect for families or groups traveling together. House Rules:

No smoking inside or near the house, NO PARTIES, and No Gathering. Please indicate the number of guests prior to booking. Max property guests allowed is 12. No unregistered guests allowed, breaking of this rule will result in $50 per day, per guest charge. Please indicate the number of guests prior to booking. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $1000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times of 10:00pm to 8:00am.

IMPORTANT: Fireplace and Fire Pit Policy:

The indoor fireplaces in the living room and basement are for photography and decorative purposes only. It cannot be used for burning wood, gas, or any other materials. For safety and liability reasons, any use of fire in these fireplaces is strictly prohibited. Additionally, fire pits are not allowed in the property. There are two electric fireplaces available for guests use in the basement.

Parking:

House has driveway with 4 parking spots for regular size vehicles. Additional street parking is available in front and side of the house. Host is not responsible for damages or towing to vehicles parked on the premises, or on the street.

Please be kind to the neighbors. Do NOT block their parking spots/driveways.

Pets:

We welcome well behaved dogs with prior host approval. Please include your dog in the reservation. Max 1 dog per booking. Pet fee is $75 per dog. All dogs must be pre-approved. Pets not allowed on beds or top of couches. Guests must clean up after their dog before check out, or an $150 additional cleaning fee might be assessed. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages for extra cleaning.
