Villa with private garden, pool and sea view!

Spend a wonderful holiday in Villa Fabulosa! With the private garden including pool and the central location, the holiday home is unique. The villa is just a 6-minute walk from the sea (Praia dos Pescadores) or a 5-minute walk from the market square in the old town. Immediately next to the house is the newly created Parque do Rego with its beautiful plants and sports field.
The house offers space for 6 people (+2 baby beds) with 3 bedrooms (each with a double bed).

LOCATION:
The location of Villa Fabulosa couldn't be better! The house is located in a quiet residential area (some construction is still going on in the neighborhood) and borders a small park. The park is newly created and beautifully planted. It offers seating, a sports field, a boccia court and a small climbing wall. There is also a small playground and a publicly accessible fitness park in the immediate vicinity of the house.

Only 650m separate the house from the beautiful Ericeiras market square, which is the heart of the town. In the old town (partly without car traffic) there are many nice cafes, restaurants and shops. We are happy to make recommendations. The beaches Praia de São Sebastião (700m, 9 minutes walk), Praia do Sul (1.4km or 17 minutes walk) and Praia dos Pescdores (800m or 10 minutes walk) are also within walking distance. There is a playground, a fitness park and a café on the São Sebastião Promenade. The options for shopping are diverse. Intermarché (700m), Aldi (450m) and Lidl (650m) are large supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. We can particularly recommend the organic supermarket “Be U”, which is also very close, and also the delicatessen “Loja da Amelia”. There are also many smaller supermarkets in the city.

Villa Fabulosa consists of three floors and a magnificent garden.

- The garden is private and surrounded by a wall. It faces south so it is sunny from morning to night. A large terrace with dining area invites you to linger. There is also a children's table. You can also see the sea from the garden! There are also two garden loungers and a WEBER gas grill. The absolute highlight is the 3x7m pool. The pool can be covered with an electric roller blind. However, please never let your child play near the pool without supervision. The pool is not heated from November to March inclusive.

- The ground floor includes the open and fully equipped kitchen, the dining area (including 2 children's chairs) and the living room. The living room has a large, comfortable couch from which you can see the sea and a Samsung Frame TV. Some children's toys are on the shelf. There is also a toilet and a cloakroom on the ground floor. The stairs to the basement have a child lock (press button and turn right to activate. Press button and turn left to release).

- On the first floor are the three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 has a 1.80m double bed, two built-in wardrobes, an en suite bathroom with toilet and shower and its own balcony. From this balcony you can enjoy the sea view and, depending on the season, also see the sun setting.

Bedroom 2 has a 1.40m double bed and a clothes rail. There is direct access to a south-facing balcony, which can also be accessed from bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3 has a 1.60m bed and a built-in wardrobe and access to the balcony which is shared with room 2.

In addition to the bedrooms, there is also a full bathroom with a bathtub on the first floor.

- The attic serves as a “storage room”. There is a desk with an office chair. The attic is very bright due to four skylights. The stairs down are equipped with a child safety lock. The mechanism is the same as in the EC. Access to the attic is open, there is no door here.

Children:
For the youngest guests there are high chairs, a baby bed, a water kitchen for playing in the garden and a bobby car. There are also a few toys (books, puzzles, cars, stuffed animals, Teppee tent). You are welcome to borrow our beach toys for the beach.

Tourist tax:
Please note: before departure you should please deposit the tourist tax in cash so that we can pay it to the authorities on your behalf. In high season the cost is €2.30 per night and per person (older than 13 years old). In the low season it is €1.20. A maximum of 7 nights will be charged. Thank you for taking note.

Please also note before booking: the gardener comes once a week to mow the lawn and clean the pool.

We have one surveillance camera facing the garden and one facing the street. These are only intended to monitor who is on the premises when there are NO guests there. That's why you're welcome to take them off if you feel uncomfortable with them. Simply pull on them, they are attached magnetically. Please put them back on before you arrive. Thank you!

Other important information:
The pool cover is not accessible. Never leave your children unattended. There are no parties allowed. Quiet time from 22pm until 7am in the morning. Thank you.
