A refundable security deposit of 35,000 THB may be required at check-in depending on booking conditions and length of stay. The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.

Electricity is charged separately at 7 THB per unit (kWh) according to the electricity meter reading. The amount used will be calculated at check-out.
