Sunrise Home: Spacious 3BR Near Downtown Vancouver
Stay at this spacious, 1600 ft² (incl. patio), newly renovated home—perfect for group trips with friends and family. The property is located at the crossroads of different attractions in the city and out of the city for those longer day trips. You will have access to the entire upper floor which has two bathrooms and three bedrooms furnished with two queen beds and an oversized twin.
nb.: this is a walk-up unit (one flight of stairs from the ground level)
You will be residing on the second floor of this bright and airy guest house that was recently renovated with modern-eclectic furnishings. There are three bedrooms, including a master suite with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. Common areas are generously sized for your lounging pleasures after a day of sightseeing. Laundry machines are located within the unit for your convenience. A dedicated workspace paired with fast wifi facilitates a seamless remote work setting. An air mattress (twin size) is available for additional guests. Please contact host to have it set up prior to your arrival.
Guests will have the entire upper floor to themselves.
Nb: The host lives in their own unit on the ground floor but will never enter the guest suite during their stay. Guests have their own entrance; the upper floor (separate lock up unit) will be entirely private.
We will be reachable by text. Guests can have as much or as little interaction with us as they desire.
Whether you will be travelling on foot or by car, this is a well situated property that suits a variety of needs.

by car: -the Amazing Brentwood Centre for cinema, restaurants, shops (5m) -Commercial Drive (aka The Drive, or Little Italy), a bustling community well-visited for its unique shops and restaurants (5m)
One parking spot is reserved at the back of the property for your stay. If you have more than one vehicle, free street parking can easily be found close by. The closest bus stop is 2 minutes away. While the closest skytrain station is a 10 minute walk away with service to downtown, Burnaby, and Coquitlam.
This is a great location to stay year round. In the winter and summer, you have convenient access to infrastructure taking you to a wide range of outdoor activities on the north shore: skiing, snowboarding, day hikes, etc.
Highlights: 🔹proximity to TransCanada Highway, your gateway to Whistler, Cypress, and Mt. Seymour 🔹 shuttle pickup point to Mt. Seymour is a 10 minute walk away 🔹 iconic cherry blossom streets just steps away 🔹 Rupert Park 2 minutes away with its own baseball field and pitch & putt course
Additional notes: 🔹 while AC is provided during the summer, the lowest temperature that can be set is 21C/69F to maintain the efficiency of the equipment 🔹 the proximity to a main arterial road can sometimes get noisy for one of the street-facing bedroom. ear plugs are provided for your comfort. 🔹 a twin size air mattress is available upon request for larger groups. if you need it set up for your visit, please send a note to the host during your booking 🔹 there is a security camera pointed towards the rear deck from the dining room window. please do not unplug, it’s there to secure the patio furniture
Note: Guests staying for 29+ days are responsible for replenishing consumables (toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, laundry pods, etc.) and sorting trash into the appropriate bins (recycling, food waste, etc.). No smoking/vaping inside. No open flames or incense. Please remove outside shoes at the foyer. Slippers are provided for your use. No parties please. Please provide prior notice if you will be having visitors over for the day. No unregistered overnight guests. Please keep the space reasonably clean (ie. trash, recycling, and compost in designated bins). There is a security camera pointed towards the rear deck from the dining room window. Please do not unplug, it’s there to secure the patio furniture.
