Located in Kellenhusen, just 200 meters from the beautiful beach, this 53 m² vacation apartment is on the upper floor of the "AUSZEIT" building.

The apartment sleeps 4 and features a combined living/dining room, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds), a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and radiant floor heating. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.

The bedroom with the double bed has space for a travel crib, which can be booked as an add-on for a fee.

The beautiful south-facing balcony promises relaxing moments! A barbecue area with a lawn for sunbathing has been set up for guests’ shared use.

This apartment comes with a parking space at the house.


Complex:

The “AUSZEIT” house in Kellenhusen has four vacation apartments and is located on a residential street, about 200 m away, roughly halfway between the beach and the forest.

Supermarkets and restaurants are located both at the entrance to the town and near the promenade and are within walking distance.

The beach offers a wide variety of sports and activities, ensuring that children will remember their stay for a long time and want to come back again and again.

The balconies and terraces at “Auszeit” face south, so they get sun all day long. The barbecue area with a lawn for sunbathing, located to the west of the buildings, offers the chance to barbecue and relax in the sunshine even in the evening hours.

Please note that all apartments in the complex are accessible via a staircase with 6 steps. All apartments at “Auszeit” have shower pans.

We provide one parking space per apartment, located directly in front of AUSZEIT.

In the area behind the houses, which is not visible from the street, we have set up two large bike racks and a rotary clothesline.
