It was newly renovated in 2023 and is well-suited for up to 2 people. The fully equipped apartment features a new built-in kitchen and a washing machine. The bed in the living-dining area is 140 cm wide and ideal for 2 people who enjoy being close together. Bed linens and towels are included in the rental price. A parking space in front of the building can be used for loading and unloading. Additional parking spaces are available in the public area. An underground parking space is available for an optional daily fee of 5 euros.
