Villa 'Janina' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Welcome to Villa Janina, a 300 m² holiday home in Fuengirola with stunning sea and mountain views. The villa is spread across three levels, offering plenty of space for a comfortable stay.



Top floor: Fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet, office, large dining table for 14 people, sofa and TV corner, open fireplace, bar, billiard table, and a terrace with sea views. A second terrace on this level features a charcoal barbecue and outdoor kitchen.



Second floor: Five bedrooms and three bathrooms, including two double rooms, two single rooms, and one triple room.



Third floor: A separate apartment with a small kitchen, living room with sofa and TV, direct access to the pool, and two bedrooms (one double room and one twin room with two single beds).



Outside, guests can enjoy the private pool (heatable for an extra fee), sun terraces, garden, outdoor shower, and balconies with panoramic views.



Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, baby crib, and entertainment such as a dartboard. Public transport is within walking distance, shopping deliveries can be arranged (available for an extra fee), and horseback riding is available nearby.



Please note: pets, smoking, events, and youth groups are not permitted. Local water regulations may affect pool and garden use during your stay.

Great 2 week stay for 3 families

Pros: We had three families staying at Villa Janina for two weeks – six adults and six children – and we had a fantastic stay. The villa was absolutely brilliant and had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked really well in every room, and the pool area was always clean and tidy. The barbecue was a real highlight too – absolutely perfect and easily big enough to cook for all 12 of us! Marie and her husband were great hosts. They were there if we needed anything and always contactable if we had any questions, although everything ran so smoothly that we hardly needed to bother them. Halfway through our stay, we were also provided with brand-new sunbeds around the pool, which was a really nice bonus. Overall, we had a brilliant two weeks and the villa was thoroughly enjoyed by both the adults and children. We would definitely recommend Villa Janina to families or groups looking for a great place to stay, and we’d happily return!

Just back after spending a lovely week at Villa Janina.The hosts were fantastic and very accommodating. Not only did they allow us to check in early, but after giving us a tour of the villa they then left us with food they had prepared and had also stocked the fridge with some cold beers! A lovely touch.We were a family of 13 (age range 5-54) and the villa had enough space to comfortably accommodate us, as did the pool which was a hit with the kids and adults alike. Especially as temperatures touched on 40 degrees!The beach, which is spectacular and flanked by bars, restaurants and shops, can be reached on foot in 10-15 mins (although an Uber or taxi, which are easily accessible, are recommended when tackling the hill back up to the villa) We didn’t use the train however the station is less than 10 mins walk away and takes you to/from Malaga airport, Torremolinos, Benalmadena and Fuengirola harbour.We spent most of our time in and around the pool however, between us, we did have a few excursions out and would recommend the boat trip to see the dolphins, a trip to the Bioparc and a visit to the sea life centre in Benalmadena. Overall we would highly recommend staying at Villa Janina

Misleading photos and description. No stairs shown

Way way to many stairs and no mention of them at all in photos of Villa or description. We had an 80 year old, a 7 month pregnant lady and 5 children 4 under the age of 5 including 1 under 2 year who the stairs were really good fun so someone was consistently having to watch her. My mum really really struggled with them which made the holiday not as enjoyable as it should have been. The surrounding area was also very very hilly, not walkable to the beach as suggested for anyone but a fit person, so we felt very stuck and had to get 3 taxis everywhere we went. Was very very disappointed that a property is allowed to be advertised missing or vital information like the property is over 3 flights of very step stairs! Very very misleading and such a shame. The property was also a lot more dated than appeared in the photos with very old towels provided to use in the bathrooms and no mats for the floors that were marble and very slippery and definitely not safe for my mum or the children. One other down fall about the property was the fact the main bedroom blinds did not work so had to put towels up at them to stop the light coming though to put the baby to bed at night. All rounds that could and need to mended/updated. Positives were Check in was fine, owner meet us at the property and was nice. The kitchen was sufficient, plenty of equipment, pots and pans to cook. Missing plastic cups and plates for outside areas.

Belle location pour une famille ou un groupe avec vue et piscine

on a passé un super séjour en famille. La villa est conforme au descriptif avec un équipement très complet. La vue et la piscine chauffée en décembre complètent la prestation de grande qualité
