This fully renovated, duplex‑style condo offers deeded lake access just a short walk away, plus boat ramp and day dock access for easy loading and unloading. Guests love the peaceful setting, screened‑in porch, flexible sleeping space, and optional kayaks (fee applies) for exploring the lake. A charming mulched pathway winds gracefully through the landscape like a storybook trail, leading you down to the dock and water’s edge. As dusk settles in, soft Edison lights illuminate the path, casting a warm, ambient glow that transforms the property into an enchanting evening sanctuary.

Begin your mornings slowly with coffee on the screened-in porch, surrounded by the gentle sounds of nature, or unwind on the patio as the sun dips below the horizon. To maintain the pristine condition and tranquil atmosphere of this special space, we ask that guests treat the home with the highest level of care and respect throughout their stay. Please note that smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home.
For your peace of mind and to help protect the property, there are two exterior cameras located on-site.

This 2026 Summer Season has been challenging with lower than usual lake levels. Please be advised that these levels will vary so please check in and ask when booking to find out if the dock/ ramp is accessible and useable. We are happy to assist with any questions.

Guest access
You’ll have three parking spaces available just for you throughout your stay. All parking is "pull in" - towards the home. We appreciate this, as this is a duplex and other guests may be vacationing as well.

We’ll also provide a gate code for easy access to the private road leading down to the boat ramp and day dock—making it effortless to enjoy everything the lake has to offer.

Your personalized home access code will be provided at check-in for a seamless arrival experience.

To maintain the peaceful and exclusive atmosphere of the property, we kindly ask that only approved guests be onsite at all times unless prior arrangements have been made.
