The Lodge
Step into the grand lodge, the heart of the property, where soaring ceilings, warm wood finishes, and wide‑open spaces create a welcoming environment for groups of all sizes. The main gathering room is designed for connection — cozy seating, large windows, and plenty of room to spread out. Adjacent is the game room, complete with a ping‑pong table, Roku TV, and space for kids and adults to unwind.

The commercial kitchen is built for serious cooking: dual ranges, industrial refrigerators and freezers, a dedicated ice maker, expansive prep surfaces, and everything needed to feed a crowd. The dining hall seats large groups comfortably, making shared meals effortless and memorable. The lodge also includes a half bath, a free‑to‑use laundry room, and storage for tables and chairs — ideal for events, workshops, and celebrations.

Attached Suites
Connected to the lodge are three private suites, each with its own exterior entrance for added privacy.

-Guest verification is required before arrival. This helps ensure a smooth check‑in and protects both guests and the property.
-The lodge, suites, and cabins are cleaned thoroughly and treated regularly, but this is a rural mountain and desert environment. Occasional bugs inside are possible. Despite our best efforts, it is likely that you will find dead moths, flies or other bugs upon arrival, we provide a vacuum for your use to vacuum up unsightly dead bugs. Keeping doors closed and food sealed helps minimize this.
-Wildlife is common in the area. You may see deer, elk, birds, or other local animals around the property.
-The playground includes swings, a slide, climbing features, and other structures. Adult supervision is required at all times.
-Children must be supervised when using the playground, sport court, hot tub, fire pit, or any outdoor amenities.

-The hot tub is available year‑round. Please use it responsibly and follow posted guidelines.

House Rules
The Guest agrees to abide by the following house rules and understand that any violation of the following rule may result in extra fees and/or cancellation of the booking without refund. Violation of any of these rules may result in an admin fee of $50 added to any other lost item, damage, extra cleaning or incidental fees associated with the violation per violation incident.
