Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home and property except for the locked off garage and supply closet in the barn.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

**Bunk Bed Waiver**
By booking this home, you acknowledge and agree to our bunk bed waiver. After your reservation is confirmed, we will send the waiver via chat. You will be required to reply with “I agree” in the chat to confirm your acknowledgment.

The living room fireplace is not functional.

For stays longer than 10 days, we require a mid-stay home cleaning for an additional $200. For stays longer than 20 days, we will require two mid-stay home cleanings for $200/each. For stays longer than 30 days, we will require three mid-stay home cleanings for $200/each.

Our home is designed to be family-friendly, with children's toys and amenities. Please keep this in mind when booking.

The home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood with wonderful, respectful neighbors. We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially outdoors, as the neighbors are sensitive to loud groups and will notify us if things get too noisy. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

We have regularly scheduled pest control and landscapers. You may see them during your stay, we will try our best to give you a heads up but that is not always possible.

**Trash & Recycling Expectations**

By booking our property, we will ask you to help us with trash, recycling, and compost collection.

What to do:
- Thursday night – Please roll the bins out to the curb
- Friday after pickup – Bring the bins back in
- Recycling goes into blue bin
- Trash goes into black bin
- No mixing of trash and recycling, otherwise you may be fined.
