The 67 m² vacation rental is located on the first floor of a newly built house at Mummendorf 2e on Fehmarn. The building was completed in January 2022 to the latest standards and is located on a traffic-calmed street. A designated parking space is located directly in front of the building.
A wallbox is available for charging your electric car (for a fee). The wallbox can charge at up to 11 kW and features a Type 2 plug. A flat rate of €8.00 per day applies. The wallbox/flat rate can only be booked for the entire duration of your stay.

The bright and modern apartment features free internet access (Wi-Fi), provided by a third-party provider.



The apartment consists of a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (each sleeping 2 people), 1 bathroom with a shower and a large mirror, and a storage room with a washer and dryer.


Underfloor heating is installed throughout the entire apartment, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate.


The living room is both cozy and tastefully furnished. It features a comfortable corner sofa, a smart TV, and a Wi-Fi radio. A fireplace in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere in every season. You’ll need to bring your own seasoned firewood and kindling if needed, though these can also be purchased at a hardware store on Fehmarn.
　
A modern built-in kitchen with a dining area is perfect for cooking and dining together. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
Of course, there is plenty of dishes and silverware available. Please bring your own dish sponges, dish towels, dish soap, etc.; 2 dishwasher tablets are provided.



The bathroom with a shower is modern and comfortably equipped, ensuring a pleasant shower experience.
You’ll find a hair dryer in the cabinet under the sink. One roll of toilet paper is provided at the start of your stay.
　
One bedroom features a 180x200 cm double bed, and the second bedroom has a double bed measuring 160x200 cm. The first bedroom also has a TV.
A travel crib with a mattress and a high chair are also available for the youngest guests.



From the living room, you step out onto the spacious terrace with a garden, which is perfect for relaxing and playing. Garden furniture and a grill are at your disposal for sunny afternoons and cozy barbecue evenings.
For even more comfort, a private beach chair is also available on the terrace.　

Starting in July 2022, a sauna will be available in the garden, where you can leave everyday life behind and enhance your vacation with a touch of wellness. The sauna is for the exclusive use of this apartment. The sauna must be booked for the entire stay; unfortunately, it cannot be booked for individual days. The sauna costs €8.00 per day; if you book for one week or longer, you’ll receive 2 days free (€40.00/week).

In addition, an ironing board and an iron are available for your use.
Please note: Pets are not allowed in this vacation rental. Please be aware that even apartments where pets are not permitted cannot be designated as suitable for people with allergies.　


The nearest bakery is just 900 meters away, and you’ll also find restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10:00 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4:00 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct consecutive bookings.
