From the terrace, our guests have a view of the inland lake, and the Südstrand, with all its amenities, is within walking distance. The same applies to the marina and the harbor in Burgtiefe, where you’ll find, among other things, excellent seafood restaurants.

The apartment features underfloor heating, and all rooms are equipped with high-quality pleated blinds. Each room can be completely darkened using electric roller shades.
Spanning 58 square meters, the apartment features a cozy living room with a dining area, an open kitchen, two bedrooms—one with a luxurious double box-spring bed and the other a tastefully furnished bedroom with a single bed.

After a long walk on the beach or a bike ride, enjoy some relaxation in this cozy atmosphere.

A free parking space in the covered and secure carport is available to you free of charge for the entire duration of your rental.

The apartment is located on the first floor. The terrace faces south and features its own beach chair and patio furniture for relaxing and sunbathing.

Bed linens and towels can be ordered upon request for a fee.
The visitor’s tax, in the form of the Ostseecard, is due prior to arrival.
If, after the booking has been made, a health certificate or similar document is required by state decree, the tenant must obtain this certificate at their own expense and present it to the authorities upon request.
