Sleeping Arrangements:
- Primary Suite; Relax in the spacious primary bedroom featuring a comfortable king-size bed, TV, dresser, and private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Sliding glass doors provide direct access to the pool area, perfect for enjoying a peaceful morning with coffee before everyone else wakes up.

- Guest Bedroom; A comfortable queen bedroom with a TV and large closet offering plenty of storage for longer stays.

- Private Third Bedroom; Located on the opposite side of the home for added privacy, this bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and its own dedicated A/C unit to keep the room extra cool and comfortable.

- Additional Sleeping; The spacious living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate larger families or groups.

Bathrooms:
The primary en-suite bathroom features a bathtub with shower and plenty of storage.

The second bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower and direct access to the pool area, making it easy to rinse off after a swim or beach day.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, whether you're making breakfast before heading to the beach or enjoying dinner together after a day of exploring.

Outdoor Living:
This is where Hollywood Happy Place really shines. Spend your afternoons relaxing beside the private heated saltwater pool, enjoy dinner under the covered screened lanai, or unwind in the private fenced backyard while soaking up the Florida sunshine.

Hollywood Happy Place House Rules -->
To help ensure every guest enjoys the same experience, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules:
- Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.

- Maximum overnight occupancy is 6 guests. No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted.

- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM in accordance with City of Hollywood regulations. Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping outdoor conversations, music, and noise to a minimum during these hours.
The property is equipped with noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only. It does not record conversations.

- Parking is permitted only in the driveway.
Please do not:
• Block sidewalks
• Block neighboring driveways
• Park on the grass or swales

- Pool & Outdoor Areas: Guests use the pool and outdoor areas at their own risk.
Please:
• Supervise children at all times.
• No diving.
• No glass in or around the pool.
• Rinse off excess sand before entering the pool.
• Keep screened lanai doors closed to help protect the enclosure.
Pool heat is available for an additional fee and should be requested at least 48 hours before arrival.

- Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside or near the home. Additional cleaning fees may apply if this policy is violated.

- Pets are not permitted without prior written approval.
Unauthorized pets will result in additional fees and may result in cancellation of the reservation.

- Cameras & Security: For everyone's safety, exterior security cameras monitor:
• Front entrance
• Driveway
• Pool equipment
• Rear alley entrance
There are no interior cameras. Security devices may not be disconnected, covered, redirected, or tampered with during your stay.

- Care of the Home: Please treat the Hollywood Happy Place with the same care you would your own home. We appreciate your help in keeping it beautiful for future guests.
• Please report any damage or maintenance concerns as soon as possible so we can address them quickly.
• Our home is on a septic system. Please flush toilet paper only - no wipes (including "flushable" wipes), paper towels, feminine hygiene products, diapers, or other items.
• Please help us care for the screened lanai by keeping doors closed and avoiding damage to the screens.
• Do not move indoor furniture outside.
• If something doesn't seem right, let us know right away. We'd much rather fix a small issue quickly than have it become a larger one.

- Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Before leaving, please:
✔ Lock all doors and windows.
✔ Start the dishwasher if needed
✔ Return AC to 76-78 and turn off unit in back bedroom.
✔ Place used towels in the bathrooms
✔ Take bagged trash to the outdoor bins
✔ Rinse and return beach chairs & pool toys
No need to strip the beds—we've got it covered!

- Additional charges may apply for:
• Unauthorized late checkout
• Smoking inside the home
• Unauthorized guests or parties
• Unauthorized pets
• Excessive cleaning
• Damage to the home or its contents
• Missing items

- Weather & Utilities
Florida weather can change quickly. Occasional utility outages, internet interruptions, or pool maintenance that are outside of our control do not constitute grounds for a refund. We will always do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

- Commercial Use: Commercial photography, filming, events, parties, and business functions are not permitted without prior written approval.
