Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The gate was broken the whole time we were there. We were told someone would be there Monday and when we checked out on Thursday it still was not repaired. The communication was good with the property manager there just was no follow through on the maintenance issue.

Beautiful home and pool

My parents, wife, kids, and I enjoyed our week-long stay very much. The pool and hot tub in particular were excellent, and we used them every night. We also enjoyed the well-maintained grill and the ping pong table. The property manager was very communicative, and the location was convenient to the beach and Fort Lauderdale. Great stay!

Outstanding!

Everything about our stay was fantastic! Check in was a breeze, the house was immaculate and more than perfect for our family of 4 for our Christmas vacation. Neighborhood was very family-friendly and very close to everything we needed - shopping, restaurants and the beach. Hot tub and pool were exceptional. We'll definitely be back!

Really enjoyed my stay

My family and I decided to stay here during our stay in Miami and it was absolutely amazing. The pictures does not do this place justice, 24/hour concierge available for any questions, concerns and assistance. We really enjoyed the hot tub, and Chris was super accommodating with all of our needs. 10/10 recommend this property.

Quiet retreat

The property is very quiet and located in an affluent area close to dining and shopping. The house is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The only recommendation we have is to be more detailed on how to access the home. It took us a while to figure out that the gate could only be opened manually and it does take some upper body strength to do so. Overall, a very nice stay.
