A 55-square-meter vacation apartment at <br>on the first floor, newly renovated as of May 2023. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation away from home.<br>As for the apartment’s location, it couldn’t be better for self-catering guests—there are several discount grocery stores nearby where you can buy your daily groceries. Bus and train connections are very well developed and will take you easily from<br>A to B and beyond, if necessary. <br><br><br>Regarding the furnishings:<br>A modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for people is at your disposal. <br>The amenities include: a large refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction stove, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, a blender for smoothies, toaster, electric kettle,<br>hand blender for pureeing, cutlery and dishes, glasses, pots and pans, oil and vinegar, salt and sugar, spices, tea and coffee, aluminum foil and plastic wrap, dish towels, trash bags, sponge, brush, dishwasher tabs, and dish soap.<br><br><br>The living room features a large leather sofa bed (120 x 200 cm) and a guest bed (80 x 190 cm). There is a 43-inch smart TV that is already connected to the internet, allowing you to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other services. Satellite TV with HD Plus channels is activated and ready for use. <br><br><br>The bedroom features a large double bed (180 x 200 cm) with new mattresses and mattress toppers. Also available: a desk with lighting, writing supplies, a foldable and portable laptop table, a portable tower fan, a dresser, a clothes rack with hangers, an iron (in the dresser), and an ironing board (behind the door). <br>The bedside lamps have a TOUCH FUNCTION!<br><br><br>THE ENTIRE APARTMENT CAN BE DARKENED WITH ELECTRIC BLINDS IF NECESSARY!<br><br><br>The bathroom has everything you need for your daily personal hygiene. <br>Hand towels/bath towels, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, and a hair dryer are located in the cabinet under the sink.<br><br><br>On the balcony, which faces south (sunny side) and overlooks the greenery, there are 2 chairs and a small table at your disposal.<br><br>Important information:<br>Our vacation rental is not suitable for construction workers!<br>No smoking, even on the balcony!<br>Please do not send any further inquiries regarding smoking!
