Our 45 m² apartment combines modern amenities with a cozy atmosphere. A lovingly furnished retreat awaits you, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming living atmosphere, and all the linens you’ll need—bed linens and towels included. As a self-catering guest, you’ll enjoy complete independence here.

Nestled in the unspoiled nature of the Palatinate Forest and surrounded by impressive red sandstone formations, our lovingly designed vacation apartments offer the ideal place for a short getaway—or even for longer stays, such as a summer vacation. Located right next to biking and hiking trails, you can enjoy peace, freedom, and a personal, cozy atmosphere here—whether you’re traveling alone, as a couple, or with the whole family.

Each of our ten apartments has been furnished with care and an eye for detail—stylishly, functionally, and with a lot of heart. The approximately 45 m² apartments feature an open-concept living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker, as well as a comfortable bedroom and a modern bathroom. Bedding and towels are included—travel light and feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

Three accessible apartments are located on the first floor, one of which is wheelchair-accessible. The seven upper apartments feature balconies with views of the greenery, while the lower ones have terraces with access to the outdoors. All apartments have a separate entrance—for maximum privacy and a peaceful arrival.

A spacious common room on the first floor can accommodate up to 25 people—ideal for social gatherings or for courses and seminars. A projector and screen are available. The adjoining communal kitchen can be booked as an add-on if needed.

Especially convenient for cyclists: a secure, lockable bike storage room with charging stations for e-bikes is available. You can conveniently park your car right across the street on the property—there are plenty of parking spaces available.

Our accommodations are located in an absolutely quiet area with no through traffic—right on the bike path, surrounded by nature, and ideal for relaxing or staying active.

Check-in & Access
After booking, we’ll exchange some brief information. In the week before your arrival—usually two to three days in advance—you’ll receive detailed arrival instructions with all relevant information regarding your arrival, access to the apartment, the check-in process, and useful tips for your stay.
This information will be sent via your preferred contact methods: WhatsApp Business, email, or the contact form on the respective booking portal. Of course, we’re also available to assist you personally at any time with questions or to coordinate details—by phone or via WhatsApp.

Pets
Pets are generally welcome by prior arrangement. Since some of our apartments are maintained to be allergy-friendly, pets are only allowed in select apartments and subject to availability. Please indicate this request when booking—we’ll be happy to check the available options for you.
