This luxurious half of a two-family home features approximately 109 m² of living space and offers plenty of room for 6 people.
On the first floor of the Summerdiek 10 semi-detached home, you’ll find a spacious, comfortably furnished living room with an open-concept kitchen.
The living room features a sofa set, high-quality TV and entertainment electronics, and an elegant wood-burning stove. From there, the patio door leads to the large, southwest-facing terrace, which is fully furnished and paved with elegant black clinker bricks.
The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a dishwasher, stove, induction cooktop, and microwave. The high-quality and extensive selection of dishes, silverware, and accessories leaves nothing to be desired. The entryway features a mirror and a coat rack; there is also a bathroom with a toilet on the first floor.
The upper floor houses two bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable 180x200 cm box-spring double bed complete with a topper. One bedroom has a large closet, while the other has a dresser. Each bedroom also features a flat-screen TV.
In the spacious bathroom at Summerdiek 10, you’ll find a sink, the home’s sauna, a bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a toilet. The second bathroom features a sink, a walk-in shower, a toilet, and the property’s washer-dryer.
The bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers. You’ll also find an electronic towel dryer. The large bathroom also features an Alexa device.

Optional: As a special feature, this semi-detached house can be expanded to include the one-room vacation apartment listed as Summerdiek 11 by opening a connecting door. This one-room vacation apartment can be booked as needed to provide even more living space and two additional sleeping spots.

The Ording district features its own beach access and parking right on the beach. The beach is about a 5–7-minute drive or bike ride away (approximately 1.6 km).
