With a new 6’ privacy fence and a 12’ pull in vehicle/trailer gate, you get all the security you want knowing your bikes or toys are secure.

All the bedrooms are complete with small amenities like bedside lamps, nightstands, and multi-cord charging blocks. The mattresses and linens throughout the house are new. The main bedroom is the first room off the living space and has a queen-sized bed with a full bedroom set including a large closet. There is a second air conditioner in the window of this bedroom.
The adjoining bedroom to the main bedroom also has a queen-sized bed. This is the largest room in the house and has a 55" Sony Smart TV mounted on the wall. This bedroom is complete with a full bedroom set and a large closet.
The third room of the house is the smallest room and has a twin bed. It comes with a full bedroom set and the largest closet in the house.

KITCHEN – Oven/stove, condo sized dishwasher, coffee maker, air fryer, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, crockpot, toaster, and water kettle. The kitchen is set up with the basic cooking and baking pans, dishware and flatware, spices, coffee and filters, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, and garbage bags. Also included for use is a BBQ propane grill and propane. The kitchen table comfortably sits 4-6 people, 4 is standard but there is a fold-up portion to make the table larger if needed. There is a 12,000BTU air conditioner in the corner of the kitchen to cool the house.
BATHROOM – The single bathroom is at the back of the house next to all three of the bedrooms. It contains a vanity, toilet, and tub/shower.

LIVING SPACE – Wall mounted smart TV, 2 gliding reclining chairs (1 electric and 1 manual), and a leather couch. The front door enters the living space and kitchen.

LAUNDRY – The house has a designated laundry room complete with a washer and dryer. This room is also where the 2nd exterior door to the backyard is located.
