The kitchen features a Sardinian granite countertop with 2 built-in burners and a sink, and the table also has a beautiful Sardinian granite top—furnishings typical of Alghero’s historic homes. The 25 m² property consists of an entrance with kitchen and living area with a sofa bed, 1 bedroom, and a small bathroom with shower. The apartment also includes a large private terrace of about 40 m² with a splendid sea view, accommodating up to 3 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, and a fan. There is a shared laundry room with washing machine and iron, available up to 5 times per week. Upon request and free of charge: crib with rails, high chair, kettle, and toaster.



The property is close to the beach and public transport. Free parking is available on nearby streets. Minors must always be accompanied by their parents. One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Air conditioning is not available; there is a fan in every room. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The building has an elevator. Electricity is partly generated by photovoltaic panels and hot water comes from solar thermal panels. Please note: the terrace and gardens are frequented by local cats, including the property’s own well-cared-for, friendly adult cat. This apartment is not suitable for those who prefer an animal-free environment or are allergic to cat hair.
