Great place to stay!

I enjoyed my stay here for vacation with my family. Everything was so nice and the location is not far from the beach. They just need to make sure there are enough wristbands available for guests to access the pool.

Please let us assure you that our local Operations Team will make sure any outstanding similar issues like the wristbands are noted to prevent similar issues moving forward. Wonderful family location

We enjoyed our long weekend here. As two first responders with children we wanted a quiet, relaxing weekend away. This was the perfect choice for that! The place was very clean, had all you would need to get started (sheets, towels, little soaps etc). The atmosphere of the complex was great too, everyone we met was friendly. Overall we had a wonderful time and plan on coming back soon!

Solid Spot

Great stay. Only minor issues - none of the TV remotes worked properly or are missing altogether. Got locked out after our first day due to the door code changing.Clean and modern. Great space right on the golf course, nice pool right downstairs.

Thank you for your review! We're so glad you enjoyed the clean, modern space and the fantastic location right on the golf course with the pool just downstairs. We’re sorry to hear about the trouble with the remotes and door code. For future reference, the cable remotes are all that’s needed to operate the TVs—just press the “Power All” button in the top right corner to turn both the TV and cable box on. We appreciate you bringing the door code issue to our attention and will ensure better communication moving forward. We hope to welcome you back soon for another great stay!

Overall good trip & property. Few insects - earwigs. Also the main TV & controller were beyond difficult & 6 of 7 days we did not get any TV shows to view. Battery cover for Spectrum controller was broken on our arrival. The cover did not effect function - we could not get TV to work properly.

Perfect

We were in town for a tournament at Ripken Experience. The location was perfect. The cleanliness was great. We were 99% totally satisfied. The only problem we saw was with the inconsistent information provided. Specifically, the vrbo stated that a small amount of soap/essentials would be available. We were a little surprised to find the place totally empty of these items, especially no toilet paper. It wasn’t great to have to jump in the car after a long drive just to be able to use the bathroom. Otherwise, we LOVED it! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Family Beach Trip

Great location and seamless booking process! Turnkey was really responsive to all requests. Condo appeared as pictured in the listing; however the carpet could use some updating. Lots of stains throughout the home. The extra comforter provided wasn't clean. Blinds were missing in the living room. When we went to open the blinds in the master bedroom, it immediately came apart. You can tell that one set of blinds were new and the other two on the windows were a little dated. Overall, we would recommend this unit as it fulfilled our needs for the weekend but the unit could use some updating and housekeeping and/or owner could put more effort into maintaining the unit.

Great Experience Overall

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was spacious, clean, and provided great amenities. As a previous hotel Event Manager, It was my first Airbnb and I was impressed with the open layout. I have a few suggestions that may help to improve the unit. 1) Replace the 2 twin mattress in master to a queen bed. I’m not sure why pushing 2 twins together was a replacement for a queen mattress 2) Curtains in the master bedroom is needed. 3) Bring your own storage containers if you plan on having leftovers 4) Bring dish detergent and laundry detergent (supplies were low)5) Extra towels are neededOverall, it was a great experience and I would return if the bed was replaced in the master to a true queen mattress not 2 twins mattresses pushed together.
Svar fra VrboOwner den 20. jun. 2023
Hi Tina, Thank you for the compliments. Please let us assure you that we value your feedback, and your suggestions about the mattress and curtains have been passed along to the homeowner for consideration. With regard to the amount of dish detergent and laundry detergent, please know that we stock each home with what is called a "starter supply" of basic items. It is not designed to be an unlimited supply but, rather, to get a typical reservation through a weekend or get folks started so that they can enjoy their arrival days, take inventory, and pick up whatever else is needed to get them through their trip. Prior to each stay, we stock dish soap, laundry detergent, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, a dish brush to wash dishes, a few trash bags, dishwasher detergent, bar soap, and the standard bathroom amenities you might find in a hotel. By the way, you were perfect guests, and we’re looking forward to hearing from you again. -The TurnKey Team

Great condo horrible communication

We loved our condo. However, We were emailed a few days ahead of time to add a day before our stay for 50% off and we did. The person who dealt the reservation messed up and kept it a seven night reservation therefore it looks like our last day in the condo was available for the next tenants. Then the next tenants booked and we were asked to leave a day early. It took 24 hours to get back info from corporate therefore ruining the tail end of our vacation. Mallory from turnkey corporate saved the day but it should have been able to be solved much much faster. I also do think a slight reduction in price would’ve been ideal considering two days of our vacation were extremely stressful. I would book this condo again in a heartbeat unfortunately I will do my best do not use turnkey again.
