Very clean accommodations and convenient to our favorite spots that we frequent at North Myrtle Beach. This was a quick get away before back to school and we were able to relax in a quiet environment, while still enjoying our usual entertainment of putt putt and pool time!

EXTREMELY disappointed in my experience. Their listing states there is a shuttle to the amenities, but after you book and are sent details you find out it doesn’t run past Labor Day. When I asked about this I was told it was only an 11 minute walk. There was no consideration for individuals that aren’t physically able to walk 11 minutes. I requested a partial refund because of this and was told no because the city offers the shuttle, not them. But the listing error was their fault, not the cities. Super disappointing. The floors were also disgusting, the bottoms of our feet were brown just from walking on them. Communication wasn’t great either, they ignored certain questions and wouldn’t respond until you asked something else.

Bathroom door sticks, could use some instructions on how to use the tv - that’s the worse thing we could say about this property! The central location, the shuttle and helpful office staff made this a fantastic vacation.

Fun & relaxing stay!

The condo was clean and included all the essentials we needed for our weekend stay. It is as pictured so I’m not sure four adults would be comfortable staying there together but it was perfect for the two of us. The pools at the resort are like what you’d experience in the Caribbean with the swim up bar, lots of jacuzzi’s and plenty of space to swim swim swim. We enjoyed the beach as well & so many restaurants in walking distance!

Lovely stay

We loved staying here. The room was initially hard to find (it’s on a corner of the round about). There is no elevator that we found and on second floor. The apartment was spacious and comfortable overall. The bed was not very comfortable but was clean. The kitchen had some very basic supplies. Our favorite part- the pools were fantastic. The shuttle staff were so nice and would take you right to and from the room as you please. We would stay here again, despite the bed being jiggly and uncomfortable.

6/10 Okay

Sufficient

This property has plenty of potential but could use some improvements. The floors were filthy upon arrival, I informed them of this but the only response was a request for a picture. The cable didn’t work & the internet was so slow that we couldn’t stream without continued freezing. Also the washing machine was so loud you couldn’t carry on a conversation when it was running.

Hi Peggy. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for any disruption or inconvenience caused by the smoke alarm. Our records do indicate our maintenance team arrived at the home and was able to address this concern. While we understand this does not excuse your experience, we hope the compensation offered helped alleviate a bit of frustration. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon, for a much more relaxing stay.

Love Vacasa! What a Great Experience!

There were SO many things we loved about this condo! Upon arriving, we noticed how clean the kitchen and bathroom were. And we loved the abundance of big, fluffy towels. Communication was OUTSTANDING! I loved that I would receive periodic texts which would provide me with a link where I could complete each step of our stay, from booking to checkout. The location is also perfect! We were literally steps away from the steakhouse, and probably a 2-minute walk to McDonald’s and Nacho Hippo. Hamburger Joe’s and the coffee/ice cream shop were across the street. The shuttle service was a lifesaver when we were carrying gear to and from the pool and beach area. Note to future renters: This unit would probably be too cramped for two adult couples. The living room/kitchen is small, so using the sofa bed might be a little tight, but still doable. The bed is soft, so if you require a firm bed, you might need to consider another place. There is a coffee pot, but no Keurig; however, you can walk to McDonald’s or the little coffee/ice cream shop or take a very short drive to Starbucks. Be sure to read the checkout instructions carefully! You must leave both parking passes when you check out! Overall, a wonderful stay. It was my first booking with Vacasa, and I was VERY impressed! Thank you!
