This was the perfect spot for a beach vacation with the grandson. Close to everything! The unit was very clean and updated and had nice decor! We loved the beachy furniture on the balcony. I could and did sit outside for hours listening to the ocean waves!

Beautiful condo

The condo had everything we needed and was an upgrade to where we normally stay. The pool was small and cold but the beach was amazing.

The pictures do not accurately represent this property. Overall disgusting and not clean. This is NOT a penthouse rental! An hour after we arrived they sent a message asking how clean the property was from 1-5. I responded with a 2 having not been there long enough to see the awful condition of everything in this place. They responded with have a great day. Property management is terrible and lacking big time in communication and customer service. Bed sheets not clean, hairs in king bed. Murphy bed didn’t function properly. The chairs on the balcony were not white or clean, they were moldy and couldn’t be sat on. The coffee maker didn’t work for more than half a cup of coffee. The toaster kept setting the fire alarm off and that was used in place of cooking breakfast for my family because the pots and pans were gross and had old food residue and were charred. Vents were caked with dust. The walls disgusting. Cockroaches in bathroom crawling under baseboard.

This condo is in an amazing location, front desk workers were super nice, and condo is well appointed. Bathroom shower had some mildew growing, which was surprising based on the cleanliness of the rest of the space. It just looked like a complete oversight. Loved the comfy porch furniture, that’s not just plastic chairs, cozy blankets to snuggle under, and lots of charging ports! We would stay here again and I recommend to other couples.

FYI

It was easy to check in, they don't have towels so had to bring our own, loved that they had a washer and dryer, great to go to the beach if your not staying a lot in the room. The bed couch was uncomfortable and in the bathroom there was a broken base board.

Great for Couples, Not Ideal for Families

The property has potential, especially for a couple looking for a quiet getaway. The main bedroom was comfortable, but unfortunately, the other beds were not great—definitely not ideal for a family of five. This place works best for just two people. There was a noticeable smell of smoke on the property, which was disappointing since we were expecting a smoke-free environment. Also, one of the baseboards was broken, and we found sand everywhere—not surprising for a beach location, but something to keep in mind if you're expecting a super clean stay. Overall, if it’s just two of you and you’re not too picky, this could be a nice spot. But for families, I’d probably look elsewhere.

Hi Alexandria, thank you for your kind words! We’re so glad you had a great stay and felt welcomed. We’re sorry for the inconveniences you experienced, had we known about the floors, we would've sent housekeeping right away. We're working to address the smoke smell, will review the bedding with the owner, and have maintenance checking the baseboard. We appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again for a smoother stay!
