If you are looking for an apartment close to the city, close to all the delicious pizza & pasta restaurants, an apartment that is cozy and stylish but provides enough space to relax and enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace - we got you!

Quick facts:

The apartment:
From this apartment you can expect three lovely rooms and a huge garden for you to feel welcomed and homey, while enjoying time away on vacation. The apartment can accommodate four people as it provides two big queen size beds.

The apartment is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, oven, traditional coffe maker and stove, so you have the option of exploring your Italian cuisine cooking skills with home made pasta. From the kitchen you can directly access the terrace and the garden. The seating area is providing enough space for four guests to share dinner in a cozy environment (in addition a baby chair is available for our little guests). If you wish to spend a comfy evening with pizza and wine, you may want to relax on the sofa and watch some TV (NETFLIX and Amazon PRIME VIDEO included).

In the master bedroom downstairs, besides the queen size bed, you will find a walk in closet that offers enough storage for your travel outfits and all your belongings. Furthermore a work place is available for you. From this room, you can access the terrace and the garden as well.
The bathroom comes with a spacious rain shower. Necessities like towels, shampoo, body wash and a hair dryer are included.
The washing machine can be used if you wish to do so. However, there is also a launderette located approximately 150m from the apartment.
Upstairs you will find the second bedroom that provides a queen size bed, a dressing area with a cabinet and a mirror.

The highlight of the apartment is the terrace and the garden. As described above, it can be accessed via the kitchen or master bedroom. The seating area gives you the perfect opportunity to have a nice dinner outside on the terrace. If you wish to relax during the day, you may want to use the sun beds.

Neighborhood:
-There are multiple busses that are commuting frequently from a bus stop nearby to the beach. The ride takes approximately 8min.
The apartment is located 15-20min away from the airport and can be reached easily.
-You will find supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, shops and cafés in walking distance.
The old town is only 500m away from the apartment. There you will have a great variety of lovely pasta and pizza spots, as well as amazing gelato to get the full Italian experience. The main shopping street is approximately 800m away. All known brands such as Zara, Pandora and Nike can be found there. If you wish to explore more luxurious brands, the mai shopping area also offers designer clothing.

Thank you very much for staying with us and for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback. We truly appreciate it, as guest feedback helps us continuously review and improve both our apartment and our processes. We are also very pleased to hear that you appreciated the central location, the modern apartment, our guest guide, and our communication. We would also like to briefly address the points you mentioned. As the apartment is located on the ground floor and also has a large terrace, it can unfortunately happen occasionally that an ant or another small insect finds its way inside. We take preventive measures to minimize this as much as possible, including insect screens on the windows and terrace doors. Nevertheless, especially in the warm climate of Southern Italy, it is unfortunately not always possible to prevent this completely. Regarding the marks on some of the walls, the apartment has a high turnover of guests throughout the year, and occasionally luggage can leave marks on the white walls. To maintain the high standard of the apartment, we regularly inspect these areas and carry out touch-ups and repainting at least every six months where necessary. Regarding the indoor climate, Bari and the Apulian coast can experience very high humidity, particularly during certain times of the year. As the bathroom does not have a window, we provide dehumidification equipment specifically to help regulate humidity and make the indoor climate as comfortable as possible. Regular ventilation of the apartment also plays an important role, and guests can use the provided equipment according to their personal comfort and the conditions during their stay. We were surprised by the mention of pet hair, as pets are not permitted in our apartment and we do not keep animals there ourselves. The apartment and sofa are cleaned between stays. Of course, it is always possible for an isolated hair to be carried in indirectly on clothing or luggage, but we have nevertheless passed this feedback on to our cleaning team so that even greater attention can be paid to this in the future. Regarding the bed linen, all linen is thoroughly washed and hygienically cleaned between guests. We deliberately prefer mild, more neutral laundry products rather than heavily perfumed detergents or strong fragrances. This means that the linen may have less of a noticeable “fresh laundry” scent, but this is intentional, as we want it to be as skin-friendly as possible and reduce the risk of irritation or sensitivity for our guests. Nevertheless, we have also discussed your feedback with our cleaning team and will continue to pay close attention to this aspect. Thank you again for your stay and for your constructive feedback. We are always working to maintain and further improve the quality of our apartment, and we appreciate you helping us do so.

Great location, free parking and a grocery store a few blocks away. 2 min walk to a great restaurant called La Lanterna Verde if you want an authentic home cooked meal. Easy walk to the old town part of town which is a really nice area with lots of restaurants and handmade orecchiette pasta and taralli crackers.

Everything about the apartment was spot on. There were little extra touches which we appreciated. We had trips booked while we were here and it was about a 10 mins walk to the coach which was perfect. The apartment is very central to everything you need all within a 10 min walk. There is also a great shopping centre. Lots of things to see and do in Bari depending on what your interests are. The host Marc was amazing, nothing was too much trouble, I’ve messaged him so many times I’m sure he’s glad to get rid of me but replied immediately. Thankyou for a lovely stay

Marc is an amazing host! He welcomed our arrival! The apartment was clean and with everything we needed. I enjoyed the workout mat and weights too. The back patio is amazing and gives you additional space to relax. The apartment is walking distance to Old Town Bari, restaurants and shopping. Its also in walking distance to the train station! 10/10 stars!

Arrived in Bari for our first visit to the area. As two senior ladies we felt completely safe. We loved the proximity to the old town and the waterfront boardwalk. Lots of history, shopping and restaurants nearby, this property was ideal for us. Also loved the beautiful patio, so relaxing!would definitely recommend this property! Note that there is a spiral staircase so you need to be somewhat mobile if you are staying in the beautiful loft.

Parking was challenging until ai found the parking garage that was very close by. Rooms were great. Just wish we had a little more hot water. Only 1 quick shower in tge morning. Next person had to shower at night. Apartment was very comfortable and great location.

We provide all our guests with a digital guest guide that includes various recommendations as well as several parking options. It’s possible that this was overlooked. We are also always available for our guests, as mentioned during our communication, and would have been happy to assist you immediately if you had reached out. Regarding the hot water: the apartment is equipped with unlimited 24/7 hot water. If there were any difficulties using it, we would of course have been glad to help — unfortunately, without being informed, we were unable to do so.

My husband and I spent 4 nights in this apartment just outside the old town of Bari. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a good shower. It was a bit cool and windy when we were there, so we didn’t use the terrace much, but it’s very nice. A easy walk to into Bari old town and the waterfront. Communication with the property owner was easy. He was not in Bari when we were there, so communication was all via WhatsApp. But the instructions for accessing the apartment were easy to follow, and he was very responsive to any inquiries. We had some great meals in Bari. I would recommend this apartment.

Great stay & location in Bari

The apartment was clean and check in was a breeze as Marc is on top of the communication to get everyone in. The apartment is as shown and was very comfortable for the 4 of us. Check out was equally easy. Marc is a receptive host who quickly answers questions or responds to inquiries. The only caution I would advise for older travelers, the staircase to the loft bedroom is steep, narrow and spiral. Getting heavy suitcases up the stairs would be difficult. Otherwise, great place and great location.

Het was een goed appartement. Helaas geen vaatwasser. De geur in en om het appartement was vies. Ook na opvolging van de instructies. We hadden 2 handdoeken voor de dagen die we er waren. 1 douche handdoek en 1 kleinhanddoekje. Voor 3 nachten is dat wat weinig. Verder is Bari leuk om te bezoeken. We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad.

Regarding the smell, we would like to provide a brief explanation. Unfortunately, in Italy the aging public sewer system can occasionally cause odors to come up through shower drains. This is a well-known issue and is unfortunately beyond the control of property owners, as the cause lies in the public sewer infrastructure rather than the building itself. Our apartment was completely renovated (including all the pips) only two years ago. There are, however, simple measures that usually eliminate the odor quickly. Had you informed us during your stay, we would have been more than happy to assist you immediately. Regarding the towels, we would like to point out that each guest is provided with one large bath towel and one hand towel as you mentioned correctly. This is the same standard typically provided in five-star hotels. Many other holiday apartments provide fewer towels or even ask guests to bring their own. We appreciate your feedback and thank you once again for your stay. We wish you all the best and hope to welcome you back to Bari in the future.

Sehr gute Lage zur Altstadt, Geschäften und auch die Parkplatzsuche war ok. Wohnung neu und hochwertig eingerichtet mit vielen Küchenutensilien um auch mal selber zu kochen. Frühstück auf der eigenen Terrasse- priceless.
