Comfortable 3-room apartment with a balcony in Villa Christine, just 250 m from the beach. A very comfortable and modern 3-room apartment (67 m²) in Villa Christine. The building is located near the Baltic Sea, about 250 m from the beach. The apartment is on the first floor and features an 8 m² balcony. It has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and two sofa beds in the living room, providing sleeping accommodations for up to 6 people. A crib and a high chair are available for younger guests.
A coin-operated washing machine is available in the bathroom. The floor is tiled and heated by underfloor heating. The kitchen is open-concept and equipped with all modern kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher. All windows are fitted with exterior blinds.
A parking space and a bike shed are available free of charge.

The 3-km-long natural beach at Nienhagen and the picturesque cliffs are just a few minutes’ walk away. This Baltic Sea resort has been awarded the “Blue Flag” multiple times for its excellent water quality.

From Hamburg: A1 → A20 toward Rostock → Exit 13 Bad Doberan/Schwaan → Bad Doberan → Warnemünde → Rethwisch → Ostseebad Nienhagen.
