Just 250 meters from the beach, a sunny, modern, and comfortably furnished 3-room vacation apartment with a terrace awaits you. The “Meeresrauschen” vacation apartment is located on the first floor of Villa Eleonore, just 250 meters from the beautiful sandy beach at Nienhagen.
The bright and sunny apartment features 2 bedrooms: the first with a double bed (1.80 m), and the second with a daybed that extends to 1.60 m. From the spacious and modern living room, you have direct access to the covered wooden terrace and the adjoining garden for your exclusive use. Garden furniture and lounge chairs are provided.
The high-quality built-in kitchen, integrated into the living area, features a stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, two coffee makers (filter & Nespresso), a toaster, a kettle, and plenty of dishes, pots, and handy kitchen gadgets. The bathroom with a glass shower stall is equipped with a towel warmer and a washing machine.
In terms of technical amenities, you’ll find a compact stereo system and a smart TV. Wi-Fi (DSL16) is available free of charge.
The vacation rental is fully tiled and features underfloor heating; all windows have exterior blinds. The modern couch pulls out into an additional sleeping area (1.60 m), allowing a total of 5 guests to stay in the apartment. You’re also welcome to bring a dog along on your vacation for an additional fee.

We’re happy to provide children’s equipment upon request (travel crib with mattress, high chair, safety rail, toilet seat adapter, night lights). All electrical outlets are equipped with child safety covers. A handcart is available at the apartment for trips to the beach and other outings.
There is a reserved parking space for your car right next to the house. Bicycle racks are available at the house for your bikes.

If you’re traveling with a dog, additional fees apply. Enjoy the close proximity to the beach and the mystical Ghost Forest—a paradise for walks, photography, and romantic sunsets. Rostock, Warnemünde, and the charming spa town of Bad Doberan—with its cathedral, summer toboggan run, and spa museum—offer a variety of nearby attractions.
The 3-kilometer-long natural beach at Nienhagen and the picturesque cliffs are just a few minutes’ walk away. This Baltic Sea resort has been awarded the “Blue Flag” multiple times for its excellent water quality.

From Berlin: A19 → Rostock interchange → A20 toward Lübeck → Exit 13 Bad Doberan/Schwaan → Bad Doberan → Warnemünde → Rethwisch → Ostseebad Nienhagen.


From Hamburg: A1 → A20 toward Rostock → Exit 13 Bad Doberan/Schwaan → Bad Doberan → Warnemünde → Rethwisch → Ostseebad Nienhagen.
