1Wonderful Stay and Exceptional Hospitality!Thao’s home was exactly as described—clean, fresh, spacious and just as beautiful as the photos! I’ll admit, I was initially a little hesitant to book since it was a new listing but I am so glad we decided to give it a chance. Our group of 9 was extremely comfortable and the home turned out to be a perfect fit for us.There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. Some of our group took advantage of the outdoor yard space, while others relaxed indoors. Having three full bathrooms was a huge plus and the enormous kitchen, complete with full-size appliances and plenty of amenities, made everything even more convenient. What truly made our experience stand out, however, was Thao’s exceptional hospitality. One of our guests accidentally left behind a pair of gold earrings. When I reached out to Thao, she responded immediately and contacted her cleaning staff, who thankfully located them. I offered to provide a prepaid shipping label to have them returned but Thao kindly volunteered to arrange for someone to meet us at the cruise port upon our return. But to our surprise, she went above and beyond and personally met us at the airport instead! That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us. She certainly didn't have to go out of her way, but she did and it speaks volumes about the kind of host she is. It's one thing to provide a beautiful place to stay, but it's another to genuinely care about your guests.
