Vacation Apartment No. 4 is 72 square meters, has a 4-star rating (DTV), was newly renovated in 2022, and can accommodate 4–5 people. Large, spacious master bedroom with 1 double bed (200x200) and a crib. Children’s room with 2 single beds (90x190 each). The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, and coffee maker with programmable settings, leaves nothing to be desired. Dining area and sofa, as well as a flat-screen TV with cable and a view of the stork’s nest. Bathroom with sink, towel dryer, toilet, and walk-in shower. All windows have exterior roller shades, and the bedrooms have fly screens. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is available from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). The tourist tax of 2.00 EUR per person (ages 18 and up) per night will be charged additionally on-site. Beverage and bread roll service, breakfast buffet, washing machine, dryer, and sauna can be booked on-site for a fee. Towels, bed linens, parking, and bicycle storage are included in the price.
