The “Seeadler” apartment is a stylish 5-star residence for up to 4 people that combines historic charm with modern comforts. Located on the first floor (parterre) and last renovated in 2022, this 53 m² apartment welcomes you with a well-thought-out layout: a separate bedroom, a cozy living area, and an open kitchen that makes everyday life on vacation pleasantly uncomplicated. Thanks to vinyl flooring, fly screens, and privacy screens on all windows, the apartment is also ideal for people with allergies and anyone who values relaxing privacy. Children and babies are welcome, and your four-legged friends are also allowed to come along—up to two pets are permitted.

In the living area, a large TV (over 55 inches) with satellite connection ensures relaxing evenings, while high-speed Wi-Fi with at least 100 Mbit/s makes working from home or streaming a breeze. A desk, coat rack, dining table, full-length mirror, and a safe round out the amenities. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and, in addition to a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a 2-burner stove, offers everything you need for cooking: a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, dishes, silverware, dish towels, and even spices.
