Our Favorite Things About Oliver’s Landing

Enjoy a convenient North Shore location near Frazier Avenue’s restaurants and shops, with Publix and Whole Foods nearby. Updated carpet, paint, and bathrooms give the home a fresh feel, while a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer make it easy to settle in.



Home Layout

The front door opens into a living room with a large smart TV, a cozy gas fireplace, and plenty of seating. Beyond it is the open-concept kitchen and dining area. Pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, and some bakeware are provided for meals at home. A screened porch off the dining area offers outdoor seating for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.



Across from the kitchen are the laundry area, a half bathroom, and stairs to the downstairs game room and second living room. This converted garage space has a shuffleboard table and a large sectional with a sleeper sofa for one.



Upstairs, the spacious primary bedroom has an updated private bathroom. Down the hall are another full bathroom and two additional bedrooms. One has a queen bed, and the other has a queen bed with a twin loft above it.



Family-Friendly Details

A booster seat, baby gate, Pack ’n Play, and card and board games are provided. A child-size folding bed is stored in the upstairs primary bedroom closet. The downstairs living and game room offers another place for the family to spend time together.



Nearby Shops & Dining

Frazier Avenue is about a 10-minute walk from the home, with restaurants, shopping, and access to the North Shore riverfront. Publix and Whole Foods are nearby for groceries.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire home during their stay.

Oliver’s Landing is in Chattanooga’s North Shore, close to Frazier Avenue’s restaurants and shops and the riverfront at Coolidge Park. Enjoy a neighborhood base for exploring the city, with grocery stores nearby and downtown attractions across the Tennessee River.



Getting Around:

We recommend a vehicle to get to and from the home and explore all our city has to offer. Uber and Lyft also serve this location.

This is a truly special retreat, and we invite guests to enjoy the home and amenities while treating the property and surrounding grounds with care and respect.



We strictly DO NOT allow smoking, events, or parties.



Grill: There is no grill at this property.



TVs: Cable is not provided. The smart TVs have streaming apps, including Netflix, Hulu, and Prime Video, which you can access with your own accounts.
