Our property is situated in an idyllic and quiet location on the outskirts of Bernau, in the "Steinbach" area, about 5 minutes from Lake Chiemsee. The vacation rental is located in a separate building on our property, nestled between Lake Chiemsee and the mountains, including the Kampenwand. Approximately 105 square meters of living space on the first floor. Terrace with a dining table and chairs, a grill, and lounge furniture; spacious garden with sun loungers. Idyllic spots all around the vacation rental, some with lake views. Bedroom with a large double bed (2 x 1.80 m) and ample legroom, a wardrobe, and a bench; bed linens provided. Bathroom with walk-in shower featuring a rain showerhead, hair dryer, makeup mirror, toilet, underfloor heating, and towels provided. Bright living room with a pull-out bed (2 x 1.60 m) for the 3rd and 4th guests, multiple seating options, TV, free Wi-Fi, stereo system, desk for working, and coffee table.
