Perfect spot on Orcas! Great location, clean with all amenities. It was perfect for our family and our dog. It’s rare to find a dog-friendly spot that isn’t run down but this was a total gem. The couches and beds were comfortable and clean. It was excellent!

Great place!

My wife and i spent five nights here. It was quiet and cozy. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Great place to stay on Orca's Island

Probably one of the most well-stacked vacation rentals I've stayed at. We stayed with a baby and a toddler and it worked out pretty well. Super clean, good location, spacious home.

great spot!

this house was perfect! It was very clean and had everything we needed for the kitchen etc. It was so close to the state park and town. I would recommend to anyone!

Perfect home and location

The home is in a great location on the island. Quiet area but still close to shops and the state park. The home is well stocked with everything we needed. Everything was really comfortable and clean. Would stay here again.

Nicely upgraded. Great bathrooms. Nice kitchen. Great spaces. The Schlage door lock caused us some problems but Vacsa helped.

Wonderful home!

Our party of six had a wonderful stay for our family vacation! We loved the layout of the house and we were very comfortable there. Really enjoyed the kitchen and cooked several meals together. The deck was amazing, and the area was awesome for walking our dog. I highly recommend this property.

Tree house

The location was perfect..easy to town and Moran. It is very.spacious, well equipped and most importantly to me had good reading lights next to all the beds and in the living room. The musty smell is disconcerting but overall a great stay...

Loved how much space was available and how comfortable the home is. Wanted for nothing and had lots of comforts of home. Easy to check in and out, great location and wonderful aesthetic. Slept great in the primary bedroom! Kids loved playing some games that were available. Husband enjoyed being able to grill hot dogs on the huge back patio for easy dinner. Very enjoyable and memorable. Will definitely visit here again!

Spacious house, up in the trees

We enjoyed woodland views & birdwatching at this property. The home was comfortable, well-kept, and quiet. Its proximity to Moran State Park & Eastsound made it extra convenient for a short visit. Do not miss Orcas Island Pottery or the Orcas Community Bakery! Outstanding.

Cute place surrounded by trees

We enjoyed our stay at Raven Tree. Especially the large deck in the back with string lights and grill. It was a very private property, yet close to everything. One bedroom is a walkthrough to the master, which can be awkward, but we just walked outside on the deck to get to the kitchen. Cute, cozy, private.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The main living/dining/kitchen area is very nice, the master bedroom is enormous, it's a great location close to both town and Moran State Park -- literally about 6 minutes from Cascade Lake -- and sitting out on the deck gives a sense of being "in the treetops." Nice large/modern washer and dryer as well.Couple notes that may be helpful to other guests:-- the listing notes only two bedrooms, but there is a third room with a queen bed and good shades that functions just fine as a bedroom. It's not listed as one bc you have to pass through it to get from the main living space to the master. If privacy is a concern, you can use the deck to get from the living area to the master, bypassing this room. Its hard to decipher the layout from VRBO photos but Vacasa has a walkthrough tool showing the full layout.-- as noted above, this is a Vacasa property. We had no issues at all with maintenance but communication is slower (sometimes considerably slower) than is typical for individual-owned house rentals and you're interacting with a Vacasa office employee, not someone who knows the property directly, so adjust expectations accordingly. There is a listed contact for a local manager to help with on-property issues once you get to the house (we didn't have any issues).

Whale Watching Orcas Island

We enjoyed our stay immensely. We were three 64 year old women, all from New York originally so the area was a pleasant surprise to us. Comfortable house, gorgeous view. Kitchen full of appliances and well stocked. Ice maker would be nice, but otherwise no complaints. Would suggest blackout curtain in " 3rd bedroom" as well. Clean up the booking process and the experience would be a 10. Requiring me to write a novel here is not appreciated.
